Last week I finally got to Plauen, which is located in Saxony (East Germany), not far from Karlovy Vary (Czech Republic). What prompted me to go there, to a city that is over 1,000 years old, has about 66,000 inhabitants and has a rich historical past? Of course, one could call the root cause my interest as a tourist, but this is not so. As soon as I started to deal with foreign real estate closely, my first clients were people who came to my office with the information that apartments, and indeed any real estate, are being sold in Plauen at very low prices! I will say a few words about my impressions: I did not expect to be pleasantly surprised to meet this unique ancient city, with a stunning architectural line, historical details, such as the fact that the city is almost a thousand years old, that the first in Europe was once built there. the highest stone bridge, and that in 1989 Plauen was one of the centers of the movement for peaceful transformation in the GDR, which led to German reunification in 1990. Yes, indeed, the city is unique! I took a lot of photos, shot a video clip, which you can see on my website www. nazarov - partners I have talked to many people, I have been to several sites where restoration work is underway.
