Today, November 18, mobile operator lifecell launched new line tariffs "3G + Freedom". Their feature is 750 minutes provided to subscribers for calls to any destinations within Ukraine.
What else do they offer
According to lifecell representatives, their new tariffs are the first and only in the Ukrainian mobile market, which give subscribers such a number of minutes, unlimited use of social networks and online services (VKontakte, Facebook, Odnoklassniki, Yandex.Maps and Yandex.Navigator) for 60 hryvnias per month.
This line has tariffs that are more expensive (for 100 and 175 hryvnias), but they differ only in the amount of 3G Internet. It is important to understand that the 750 minutes provided by the operator are also spent when talking within the network. See below for a detailed list of tariff services.
First month free
The first month of using the service package "3G+Freedom" S is made by lifecell free of charge (meaning that the cost of the first 30-day service package S is included in the cost of the starter package). To do this, you need to buy a new package, activate the SIM card and make the first call or go online. Subscribers with other tariffs can connect to Svoboda S, M or L with the help of transition codes for changing service packages.
Is the service unique?
None of the Ukrainian operators really provides such a number of minutes for 60 hryvnias. Kyivstar in the Online Extra tariff gives a maximum of 300 minutes and its price exceeds UAH 100 (depending on the region). Vodafone gives 225 minutes per month for 150 UAH in L tariff.
The closest was Intertelecom with the new tariffs "Smartfonische". So "Smartfonishche 150" offers subscribers 700 minutes not all directions at a price of 150 hryvnia per month. And "Smartfonishche 399" generally gives unlimited minutes for calls within Ukraine, but its price of 399 hryvnias is much higher than lifecell's promised minimum of 60 hryvnias for 30 days.

Line of new tariff plans 3G+ Svoboda is the first and only one on the market, in which subscribers for a fee of UAH 60 per month receive 750 minutes for calls to any destinations within Ukraine, up to 10 GB of 3G+ mobile Internet, as well as the ability to use social networks and the BiP messenger without charging in Ukraine for video calls, chats and file transfers.
The first month after connection, subscribers can use the service package for free. To do this, the subscriber needs to purchase starter pack, activate your SIM card and start using immediately. Of the features, it is worth noting a slightly unusual formula for calculating the included traffic for 3G / 4G Internet: the amount of GB that you used in the previous period is added to the standard volume of 20 GB, i.e. 4 weeks before.

A popular tariff for a contractual form of payment is the TP "Contract Freedom". You are not tied to a specific operator and can use the 750 minutes limit for calls to any networks within Ukraine. Tariff L the first month is provided free of charge.
A useful option is to transfer an unused service package (Internet, calls to other networks within Ukraine and SMS) for the next 30 days, i.е. adding this package to the standard volume of services from the new month.
The first 30-day service package is provided in package size M and is included in the connection price.
Also, another proposal for the contract is the TP "Premium Contract". Its conditions are absolutely similar to the tariff for prepaid TP "Premium". The only difference is that the unused service package (Internet, calls to other networks in Ukraine and abroad, included in roaming and SMS) is transferred to the next 30 days.

The tariff plan has two options: S and M, the difference between them is the duration of out-of-network calls (80 and 120 minutes respectively), traffic volume (3 and 7 GB), SMS (80 and 120).
