I hereby, being the Customer of tourist services included in the tourism product, and the authorized representative of the persons (tourists) specified in the Application, give consent to the Agent and his authorized representatives to process my data and the data of persons (tourists) contained in the Application: last name, name, patronymic, date and place of birth, gender, citizenship, series, passport number, other passport data indicated in the passport; residence and registration address; home and mobile phone; address Email; as well as any other data relating to my identity and the identity of the persons specified in the Application, to the extent necessary for the implementation and provision of tourism services, including those included in the tourism product generated by the Tour Operator, for any action (operation) or set of actions ( operations) performed with my personal data and the data of the persons specified in the Application, including (without limitation) collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, as well as carrying out any other actions provided for by current legislation Russian Federation, using automation tools, including in information and telecommunication networks, or without the use of such tools, if the processing of personal data without the use of such tools corresponds to the nature of the actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation tools, that is, it allows for in accordance with a given algorithm, searching for personal data recorded on a tangible medium and contained in file cabinets or other systematized collections of personal data, and/or access to such personal data, as well as transfer (including cross-border) of this personal data to the Tour Operator and third parties - partners of the Agent and Tour Operator.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Agent and his authorized representatives (Tour Operator and direct service providers) for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement (including, depending on the terms of the agreement - for the purpose of issuing travel documents, booking rooms in accommodation facilities and with carriers, transferring data to consulate of a foreign state, resolving claims issues when they arise, providing information to authorized government agencies(including at the request of courts and internal affairs bodies)).
I hereby confirm that the personal data provided by me to the Agent is reliable and can be processed by the Agent and his authorized representatives.
I hereby give my consent to the Agent and Tour Operator to send me emails/information messages to the email address and/or mobile phone number I have provided.
I hereby confirm that I have the authority to provide personal data of the persons specified in the Application, and undertake the obligation to reimburse the Agent for any costs associated with my lack of appropriate authority, including losses associated with sanctions of inspection authorities.
I agree that the text of my consent to the processing of personal data, given by me of my own free will, in my interests and in the interests of the persons specified in the Application, is stored in in electronic format in a database and/or on paper and confirms the fact of consent to the processing and transfer of personal data in accordance with the above provisions and I take responsibility for the accuracy of the provision of personal data.
This consent is given for an indefinite period and can be withdrawn by me at any time, and insofar as it concerns a specific person, the subject of personal data specified in the Application, by the specified person by sending a written notice to the Agent by mail.

On March 12, 2019, we returned from this hotel, relaxing with my husband alone. The hotel has its pros and cons. Below I will write in detail about each point. Numbers. The downside is that the number of rooms is very old, to say the least. I’ll note right away that we don’t pay much attention to numbers and don’t chase “luhari”. But! The first room we checked into (room 110) smelled very damp, there was no safe door, no hot water, and no remote control for the air conditioner. Moreover, there was no trace of the latter; to turn it off, you had to call the reception workers (we learned about this from a vacationing couple). The plus side is that after 40 minutes, without any additional payments, we were already moved to another room, on the second floor (211), where we were completely satisfied with everything. Yes, the rooms are old, yes, there are cracks, the furniture is not new, etc. But they cleaned upregularly, water was brought just as regularly. One time they didn’t bring me some water - they gave it to me without a sound at the snack bar. About food. The food in the restaurant was quite satisfactory. Fish and seafood every day and in abundance, my husband did not have enough meat - or rather, it was also in abundance, but hellishly tough. Even when roasted rare. However, very tasty pasta, quite suitable pizza and ice cream. There were fruits, but absolutely not ripe - this is a minus. There were no queues for breakfast and dinner; we went around 9 am/pm. During lunch - around 13:30 - there are queues to enter the main restaurant. Therefore, we preferred the beach bar. All drinks (except breakfast) are brought by waiters - sometimes you had to wait quite a long time, but rarely. There is a queue at the snack bar; you will have to wait for about 15 minutes. We went to an Italian ala carte restaurant once, quite good. Alcohol. The cocktails are excellent, especially in the lobby bar. The ones at the beach bar are also delicious, but with almost no added alcohol. All alcohol in bars is undiluted, both cocktails and shots - everything is SUPER! Beach. The beach is excellent, gentle entrance to the ocean. The water is wonderful. There were enough sunbeds and awnings. This is our second time in Cuba, the first was in Varadero, and we liked it better here. Towels. The towels were always clean and changed without question. Except for the moment when it rained and there were no towels. At all. And even the next day. One point should be taken into account - when you leave, you need to hand over your towels and pick up a piece of paper (according to which these towels are issued on the first day). My friends didn’t take the piece of paper, and they were asked to fine them for towels, but, as a result, everything was resolved well. Our advice is to hand over your towels directly to the reception before leaving and make sure that they find your piece of paper (a copy of the one you give for towels) and mark it. Staff. The entire staff is very friendly, always strives to resolve all issues, is always helpful, smiles and fulfills all requests. And WITHOUT tips. But everything is in English or Spanish. Yes, there is no Russian language in the hotel, but we didn’t need it)))))) Internet. The hotel sells a card for 1 hour of internet for 1 cookie (about 1 euro). Works pretty good, everything social network and work email worked with virtually no slowdown. Excursions. We took 2: to a cave for a disco and on a catamaran for the day. I really liked both of them. The cave cost 60 CUC for two, the catamaran - 178 CUC. We also went by bus to see the flamingos. The red tourist bus follows a route around the island every day, several times a day, for 5 CUC per person. Delivers and picks up at the reception, same ATM schedule. To Pilar beach, to the flamingos (they are located near the Sercotel hotel), to the Chaika shopping center (we weren’t there). The ticket is valid for the whole day! We recommend that you immediately buy seats on the plane through the guide for the return trip. For those flying together, row 48 is ideal. It starts with seating for two and there is more legroom, and the price is the lowest available. Souvenirs. I recommend everyone to bring Legendario rum. The hotel store has a great price. Even 30 cents less than at Duty Free. By the way, in Duty Free, despite the assurances of the hotel staff, they accept euros, dollars and cards. Well, you can spend the remaining cookies. Animation. We didn’t go there ourselves, but we regularly saw the guys’ work. Vacationers. Mostly Canadians, a little less Russians. There is no feeling of crowds, the hotel is quite calm, but not boring, in our opinion. And we are 30 years old))))) It was not possible to rent a car, since there are very few of them and all of them were booked long ago by Canadians. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!…
