specify the clinic to which the insured person is assigned to receive primary health care, including medical examination, your local doctor and contact information of the institution.

The information displayed in the “Personal Account of the Insured Person” is available for review around the clock without charge or other restrictions. Information is provided in an accessible, visual and understandable form.

The registration procedure and use of the “Personal Account of the Insured Person” services is carried out through Unified system identification and authentication to provide government and municipal services in electronic form – the login and password of the Unified Portal are used public services (EPGU).

Information about medical care provided at the expense of compulsory medical insurance can also be obtained by contacting the services Unified portal of public services. To make public services accessible to the population, information kiosks with free access to the EPGU have been organized in the Stavropol Territory.

When displaying information in the “Personal Account of the Insured Person” and updating it, TFOMS SK complies with the requirements of the legislation on personal data and ensures its protection.

With the help of the Service, insured persons are informed about the medical care provided to them at the expense of compulsory medical insurance funds.

The new service is designed to increase the transparency of compulsory medical insurance for citizens, taking into account the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation to introduce individual information about the medical services provided and their cost into compulsory medical insurance.

Users of the account are all residents of Moscow and non-residents who are attached to clinics in Moscow, using medical services under a compulsory medical insurance policy obtained in Moscow.

A variety of information related to the insured’s receipt of medical care under compulsory medical insurance is available in your personal account. In the “My Data” section, the insured can check the relevance of personal data, see the compulsory medical insurance policy data, check and confirm the attachment to the clinic, and add contact information. The “Tell a doctor about yourself” function is also available here: the information entered here will be transmitted to emergency doctors in case of an emergency. In the questionnaire you can enter chronic and past diseases, injuries, allergies, blood type and other data, as well as contacts of relatives and other information important for the ambulance (for example, location of the house, intercom code, floor).

In the “Medical services provided” section you can see a list of all medical services provided starting from January 1, 2015, their cost, and also leave feedback about the services provided. The insured directly from his “personal account” has the opportunity to report that the specified service was not provided to him or was of inadequate quality, in which case an inspection will be carried out after the fact.

Your personal account also has convenient functions for planning preventive measures and taking care of your own health: “calendar” and “health diary”. In the calendar, you can schedule events (preventive examination, vaccination, taking medications, etc.) and receive reminders about them by e-mail. In the “Diary” you can record observations of your health indicators: pressure, pulse, weight, etc. This information can then be printed and provided to the doctor at the appointment.

In the “Tell your doctor about yourself” section, 6.9 thousand insured people have already added information, and the number of “Pillbox” users has exceeded 11.6 thousand. To make the use of the Service even more convenient and useful, MGFOM introduced its updated version.

In the insured person’s profile, you can now check whether you are affiliated not only with a regular clinic, but also with a dental clinic, with the ability to confirm or deny the fact of attachment.

A new information widget “Medical examination” has been developed and added. When the age of medical examination approaches, the user will have access to a list of medical services and studies recommended for undergoing medical examination. The widget automatically suggests when the user should undergo a medical examination at a medical institution, what studies and consultations with medical specialists should be carried out, taking into account his age and gender. The ability to view the description of services in more detail has been implemented; this list can also be printed. After completing the medical examination, a corresponding service will appear in your personal account (for example, “First stage of medical examination of women aged 21, 24, 27, 30, 33, 36 years”). If the user confirms that this service has been provided to him, the “Medical examination” widget will display information about the assigned health group and identified diseases.

A new section “My Treatment” has also been added, into which the insured can upload files in .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf formats with the results of medical studies conducted in any medical organization. MGFIF guarantees confidentiality for downloaded files, and by accumulating the storage of medical documentation in one place, the user will always have the opportunity to download and view them at any time. In the event that a patient forgot to take the test results to a doctor’s appointment, or wants to get advice on analysis from another specialist, the information will always be at hand; no one except the user of the Personal Account will be able to access it.

For weather-sensitive people and people prone to allergies, forecasts provided by expert organizations specializing in relevant research have become available.

All these and other functions of the Service are already available to users. Moreover, now the insured can set up home page account independently, selecting and adding the necessary blocks to the menu, which will allow you to quickly have access to that part of the Service that is used most often.
