That is, in order to continue printing, a new cartridge must be installed, with a new chip!

Important!If you install a new consumable with a chip, the printer will be blocked. To remove it, you need to install a chip key that the user used to carry out the update process. The printer will be unlocked, after which it will be possible to remove the chip key from the consumable and install a new one by first sealing the chip contacts or pulling it out.

Step #1. Turn on the printer by holding down the "Stop" key. The printer should have a red indicator light. This will mean that the device is in boot mode. Now you need to release this key.
