Sweden Post or simply Posten was the name of the state postal service of Sweden, which officially began its work in 1636 and since its founding has been under the patronage of the royal family, providing postal exchange services within the country and abroad. The advent of the era of globalization became a new milestone in the history of Swedish post and it resulted in a merger with Danish Post in 2009, from that moment this united post office is simply called Postnord and is part of the NordicGroup joint-stock holding. Postnord is a member of the Universal Postal Union (UPU).
In the post-Soviet space, until recently, Sweden Post was of little interest to anyone at all, until Chinese stores, in particular sellers from the Aliexpress.com site, began sending parcels through Postnord’s subsidiary, the logistics company Direct Link. The only drawback of such delivery is the long delivery time, but it is worth noting that this statement is not entirely objective - for example, for clients living near places of international postal exchange, the delivery time is on average 14-18 days, and for remote customers this period extends up to month, which directly indicates the efficiency of internal postal services.

Since Postnord is a member of the Universal Postal Union UPU, the track numbers assigned to registered IPOs have a standardized international format:
