It is, as you know, very easy to use, but still requires some actions. 1. Click on "Tools" horizontal menu above.
2. In the window that appears, select "Add Game" and specify the path to World of Warcraft.

I especially like the action bars in ElvUI, and the built-in addons mean you don't have to mess around with other addons like OmniCC. However, be careful: if you want to use ElvUI, install it first before adding other addons, because it doesn't always work well with them.
In patch 7.3.5, World of Warcraft added dynamic scaling for all of Azeroth, which completely changed the leveling of new characters.
