Setting up functionality in the 1C Accounting 8.3 program

Before you start working with the program 1C Accounting 8.3, it is recommended to configure the use of functionality. This process allows you to remove unnecessary functions that we will not need. And leave only those functions that we will use in accounting

The functionality of the 1C Accounting 8.3 program is configured in a special window available in the "Main" section by the "Functionality" command.

On the "Main" tab, you can choose one of three options for setting functionality. "Basic" functionality will suit most small businesses. It contains features that are sufficient for the main sections of accounting and at the same time has a simple interface.

Full functionality includes the inclusion of all the functions of the program 1C Accounting 3.0.

The selective functionality that we will use involves self-installation flags of the used functions of the program 1C Accounting 8.3

Let's install the "selective" functionality and go through all the tabs independently determining which functions of the 1C Accounting 8.3 program we will need and which we will not use.

In the future, if in the course of the company's business activities it becomes necessary to use some functionality, you can always return to this window and set the appropriate flags by enabling the required functionality of the 1C Accounting 8.3 program.

On the “Bank and cash desk” tab, we are interested in the “Settlements in currency conventional units” flag, since our company will carry out foreign exchange transactions. We will not use monetary documents (forms of strict reporting), so this flag can be removed. We will not use payment cards, fiscal registrar, and payment requests either. Remove these flags.

On the "Stocks" tab, we are interested in the flag "Overalls and special equipment". We will use them in our accounting. We will not use returnable packaging and nomenclature. But the option "Imported goods" will be useful to us, since we will purchase imported goods from a foreign supplier and take into account the goods in the context of customs declaration numbers.

On the “Fixed assets and intangible assets” tab, we will leave both flags, since our accounting will include transactions related to fixed assets and transactions related to intangible assets.

On the "Trade" tab, leave the "Retail" flag as we will use it. We will not use the flags "Alcoholic products" and "Gift certificates". Let's leave the flags associated with commission trading. The flag "Transfer of non-exclusive rights" will be removed. We won't need it. Shipment without transfer of ownership will not be made. Leave the rest of the flags enabled.

On the Production tab, there is a single flag, Production, which enables the entire production accounting module. Let's leave it enabled.

Thus, the functionality of the program 1C Accounting 8.3 is configured

Anyone who has ever used the Internet knows well what bookmarks are - just click Crtl+D in the browser (if you have Google Chrome) or an asterisk on the toolbar in Internet Explorer to remember the page you are currently on. This allows you not to search again in the search engine for the desired site or article.

In 1C Accounting 8.3, a similar function was introduced, only here you can no longer memorize pages, but sections of the program, documents, directories, etc., where the bookmarking function is available. Now let's look at how the bookmarking mechanism works in 1C Accounting 8.3 and when to use it.

I note that in the new Taxi interface, bookmark management has changed somewhat, but the principle remains the same.

How to add bookmarks in 1C Accounting 8.3

To begin with, let's see where the bookmarking button is generally located in the 1C Accounting 8.3 program. You need to look for it not in the specific window with which you are currently working, but on the general toolbar of the program. It is located on the right side of the title bar, as shown in the figure below.

If suddenly there is no button there, you can add it by clicking on the arrow indicated in the picture. Although by default the button for creating a bookmark is still on the panel.

The principle of creating a bookmark in 1C Accounting 8.3 is exactly the same as in a web browser- if you have a document journal open, the document itself, a directory or a section of the program, then simply click on the bookmark button. This will bring up a window like this.

website_

If the bookmark button is greyed out, what you currently have open cannot be bookmarked. For example, in 1C Accounting 8.3 it is impossible to add to favorites (and generally create a link) new document if it hasn't been recorded yet.

website_

There was an important part of the article, but without JavaScript it is not visible!

How to use the added bookmarks in 1C Accounting 8.3

Bookmarks, of course, are added so that later on they can quickly go to right place in a programme. The principle is again the same as in a web browser. You can always see which links are in your Favorites by clicking on the button with a yellow star on the quick access toolbar of the main program window. It is located, as can be seen in the figure below, on the left side of the title bar, which means it is always available.

website_

There is also an "Add to Favorites" item, which allows you to create bookmarks even faster than described above.

website_

Removing bookmarks from Favorites

If you no longer need a bookmark, you can always remove it from Favorites. To do this, select the item "Setting Favorites", shown in the previous two figures. This will open a tab like this.

website_

Here you can not only delete unnecessary bookmarks, but also change the order of bookmarks. For example, you can move the most important (frequently used) bookmarks to the top of the list using the blue arrow buttons. From the same window, you can also go to the desired tab.

If there are a lot of bookmarks, then, unlike web browsers or hierarchical directories of 1C itself, they still cannot be grouped into folders. So don't bookmark everything.

Video tutorial on the use of bookmarks in 1C: Accounting 8

You can create a bookmark, for example, for a document. How to use bookmarks in 1C: Accounting 8.3 is described in this short video tutorial.

Summing up

Using bookmarks in 1C Accounting 8.3 allows you to add links to the Favorites of the program to those parts of it that are used most often. These can be not only open sections, but also directories, document journals, and even individual documents or elements of directories. Creating, deleting and managing bookmarks will become easier if you perceive the 1C Accounting 8.3 window as a kind of site (the interface of version 8.3 was originally created with this in mind so that the program can be displayed directly in a web browser).

Using bookmarks can save time when working in the program!

Consider this situation. Very often you need to add a lot of different values and fields to the form of a document or directory. If all this is added to the form without using tabs, as a result, it can grow and simply will not fit on the monitor screen.

To avoid such situations, you need to use tabs and groups. Today we will take an example of adding tabs to a document form in a managed application.

For example, let's take our configuration, which we created in previous articles. You can find them in the 1C Enterprise section. It contains the Goods receipt document which contains the Supplier requisite and a tabular section with the requisites name, quantity, price, and amount. We will add a tab in it and place another tabular part.

Adding tabs to a managed form in 1s

Let's figure out what we will add to our document. Let there be, for example, information about the guarantee for the delivered goods. Of course, it is more logical to use all this in one tabular section to add the guarantee period props. But this is just an example, so we will put it all in a separate tabular section.

So, let's start, run the configurator, look for the Goods arrival document and go to the data tab and add another tabular part. Let's name it Guarantee and add two requisites Name immediately make a link to the reference book Name product and warranty period set the type number.

Go to the Forms tab and open the document form.

Click on the Plus sign and add a Group - Pages, let's call it tabs. Now let's add two simple groups to this group (Group regular group). Let's call them Supplied Goods and Warranty Period.

Drag and drop the Materials tabular section into the supplied goods group. And in the Guarantee period group, the Guarantee tabular section. As you may have noticed, after adding the tabular section to the Data tab, it did not appear on the form. You can find it in the next window. To do this, open the Object branch and look for our tabular part Guarantee and drag it to the desired group.

Now we run our configuration and open the Goods arrival document. As a result, you should get the following.

Well, we have added tabs to the document form. Everything is quite simple, in the example I described a more detailed setting of group properties. Therefore, if you have any additional questions Ask I will try to answer everything.

I also ask experienced or more or less advanced programmers not to judge the article, since for them this is a task for a couple of minutes. I write articles for the very beginners, so I am building to analyze the most elementary questions in more detail. Well, that's it, I hope it helped someone.

1. The "File" tab contains a group of commands that allow you to create, open existing, save, print files.

For example, the “Save as…” command allows you to save a file in different formats, and the “Compare files…” command allows you to compare two spreadsheet documents or two arbitrary files with each other. There is also a command with which you can see a list of the latest files that the user has worked with (“List of files”).

2. Tab "Edit" - a set of standard commands related to finding, replacing and editing text.

3. The "Operations" tab contains generalized information about the constants, directories, documents, reports and processing existing in the database. In addition, it contains a chart of accounts and a complete list of registers.

Also, using this tab, the user gets access to the following service commands:

— removal of marked objects;

- search for links to objects;

- results management;

- carrying out documents;

— management of full-text search.

4. "Reference books" - a list of all directories existing in the database relating to the enterprise, employees related to it, the nomenclature that this enterprise encounters in its activities, etc.

5. Tab "Documents" - a complete list of all documents that are available in the database. In the "Full" interface, documents are divided into accounting sections.

6. "Reports" - a list of all reports.

Important is the section "Universal" with which you can quickly access any report of the program.

7. "Service" - a tab that contains auxiliary functions and program settings.

7.1 Using the "Universal processing" section, the user gets access to the group processing of directories and documents, as well as group reposting of documents.

7.2 The “Accounting Settings” section is important: here you can enter and edit the settings that the user needs in his work.

7.3 The "Users" section displays all users of a particular database and allows you to make general settings for them.

Each 1C solution based on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform has a wide range of capabilities. However, there are universal tricks that can be used in any configuration. With this article, we open a series of publications in which 1C methodologists will talk about the universal capabilities of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Let's start with one of the most important methods for improving work efficiency - with the description of "hot" keys (actions from the keyboard, as a rule, are performed faster than similar actions through the menu using the mouse). Having mastered hotkeys, you will simplify the performance of frequently repeated actions.

Hot Keys: Global Actions

Global actions are actions that you can perform in any state of the program. At the same time, it does not matter what this moment opened in 1C:Enterprise. The main thing is that the application should not be busy performing any task.

Global actions are actions that can be called anywhere in the running 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Regardless of what exactly happens in the running configuration, the meaning of global actions does not change (for example, pressing Ctrl+N will always bring up the dialog for creating a new document).
