How to create an electronic signature in Sberbank business online?

  1. Select from the menu “Services” -> “Exchange of crypto information” -> “Requests for a new certificate”.
  2. Select a crypto profile, fill in the fields “Position” and “address” Email", click "Generate a certificate request". Then click “Submit”.

The password for logging into the system is valid for 90 days (except for the password for the first login sent by SMS). Every 90 days, if the user has not changed the password manually, the system reminds you to change the password. When changing the password, in the “Old password” field, you must enter the password with which you last logged into the system. Especially for remote servicing of small businesses, Sberbank has implemented a special “Business Online” system, which allows using a regular browser to work with payment documents, receive express information about the flow of finances, communicate with bank employees and much more. For customer safety, entry into this system occurs only after entering a special electronic key. But in some cases, the login becomes impossible, and the user receives “Token 4 initialization error.”

How to correctly log into the Business Online system from Sberbank

The security key (token) for logging into the Internet banking system is saved on a Flash drive.

To log in correctly you must:

  1. Insert the token into the USB port.
  2. Open the drive pop-up window.
  3. Run the start.exe file.
  4. Enter your personal code and select the “Login” option.

When the error appears

If any problems arise with the token and the computer cannot recognize the information from the media, it issues a system message with the text about an error in the Sberbank system.

It also happens that when trying to start a program through the startup file start.exe, the user sees the text: “Error! Unable to open Infocrypt HWDSSL Device." This indicates that the device cannot be connected.

Causes of “Token Initialization Error 4” and how to resolve it

The reasons for such problems can be very diverse. But for each of them there are personal recommendations for elimination. The only thing that unites them is the ability, in most cases, to eliminate the problem without the involvement of highly specialized specialists. First of all, it is recommended to make sure that when starting the bootloader, the Internet connection is stable and all anti-virus programs are turned off.

  1. A user is trying to run a program in a profile that does not have computer administrator rights. In this case, the error is due to the requirements of the bank's security system. The same thing can happen if the profile was moved to a local account. The solution is obvious - you need to log in only through an account with administrator rights.
  2. PC security services block access to the contents of the key, preventing it from being recognized and initialized. The problem is observed when using a token in the server ports, while trying to activate it through the remote protocol RDP access. In this case optimal solution will be the use of auxiliary systems that use other protocols (for example, RFB) or programs that provide remote access(such as TeamViewer or AeroAdmin).
  3. Two or more tokens are simultaneously connected to the computer’s USB ports, which prevents them from being properly recognized by the system. When receiving a notification about the second token, the OS immediately signals the appearance of an unknown identifier in the network. If something like this occurs, you need to restart the PC and resume work with the second security key.
  4. Another reason for the error may be outdated token firmware. To update it, you need to download the archive with updates from the Sberbank website, select and open the token_upd.exe file from it with the drive connected to the computer. In the pop-up window you will need to click on the “Update” button.
  5. Lack of necessary drivers. In this case, there is only one solution - installing them. It is recommended to download the USB Smart Card reader exclusively from the official Microsoft website, bypassing all other portals, since the program is used to work with finances, and therefore requires the most responsible and attentive attitude. It is important that this solution is only relevant for Windows versions XP, Vista and earlier. For Windows 7 and operating systems released after it, drivers are not needed by default.

    Drivers should only be downloaded from trusted resources.

  6. The driver is out of date or was installed incorrectly. If you suspect that this is the problem, update the software. To do this, open the “Device Manager”, select the required device, go to the “properties” tab and select the “Update driver” action. The system will search new version The software will replace the driver with an updated version without user intervention.

In accordance with the Agreement signed by our organizations and in order to ensure the security of electronic signature (ES) keys, preventing their compromise (disclosure), as well as to streamline the electronic document management system, we inform you about the rules for working with ES keys.

1. General concepts

ES keys are produced by their owners independently using SberSign software.

Before carrying out the procedure for producing digital signature keys, it is necessary to install (or update) SberSign software version no lower than 5.7.1.

SberSign 5.7.1 software ensures the formation and verification of electronic files based on algorithms that comply with GOST R 34.10-2001 and GOST 34.11-94, and also provides encryption and decryption of files in accordance with GOST.

To operate SberSign software version 5.7.1, the CIPF library “Bicrypt 4.0” is used (certificates of conformity No. SF/, No. SF/ dated 01/01/2001). The library module and documentation for CIPF “Bicrypt 4.0” are included in the software package.

The electronic signature is a complete analogue of the Client’s actual manual signature. Loss of control over the media containing the private ES key can lead to unauthorized access to the key by third parties (compromise). If you suspect that the key has been compromised, it must be removed from the document management system and a new ES key must be registered.

The Client's electronic signatures come into force after their registration by the Bank. Registration consists of entering the Client's digital signature public keys into the Bank's database. After registration, the Client can use the corresponding private keys to generate electronic signature files with Electronic registers transferred to the Bank.

2. Installation (installation) of SBERSIGN 5.7 software

For operation software you need to install SberSign 5.7.1 software on your computer.

Before starting the installation, check the contents of the distribution package (software installation package) - archive sbersign571.arj. The distribution files must match those specified in the README file. RTF.

WITH installation disk(CD, flash drive), or by first copying it to local disk distribution kit, run Setup.exe

In the window that appears (see Figure 1), select the directory (directory) for installation. You can agree with the proposed option by clicking the “Install” button.

IMPORTANT: Copy the file to the directory where the SberSign software was installed (by default "C:\SberSign\") template. RTF(from the provided kit), replacing the file located there.

This completes the installation of SberSign 5.7 software. Next, you will need to configure the settings of the SberSign 5.7 software and create electronic signature keys.

3. Setting up SberSign 5.7 software parameters

Before you begin creating (generating) electronic signature keys, you should make the necessary settings for the SberSign software. To do this, launch the “SberSign Settings” application: START->All Programs ->SberSign ->ParametersSberSign(see Figure 4).

In the “Generation Wizard” section, check the “Use the Generation Wizard” option when generating keys. Next, you need to specify the appropriate path to the certificate print template file, as shown in the figure. This file must first be copied from the Sbersign distribution (installation) package and it must correspond to the template given in Appendix No. 1 to this leaflet.

To save the settings changes, click the “Save” button.

Then you need to open the tab "Creation of electronic signature".

The parameters should be set as shown in the figure, except for the "Storage Options" section. private key signatures." The meaning of this section may vary.

In the example in the figure, the private key file on the floppy disk “a:\sign. key", but if the key file you generated is located on another medium, then you need to specify it. After completing your selection, save the settings on this tab by clicking on the “Save” button.

4. Creation of electronic signature keys (ES)

ES keys are produced by their owners independently at the Client’s workplace using the appropriate genkeys utility. exe from the SberSign software.

The ES key set consists of two keys: private and public. With the help of a private key, an electronic signature is formed under an electronic document, and with the help of a public, electronic signature of the document can be verified.

The owner of the electronic signature MUST keep his private key secret. The public key is intended for transmission to places where the electronic signature is verified.

For security purposes, it is recommended to use Touch Memory or VPN-Key as a carrier of the private key of the electronic signature, but the SberSign program also provides the ability to use flash drives and floppy disks (HDD).

To create digital signature keys on flash drives, prepare “clean” flash drives according to the number of digital signature key sets to be created.

IMPORTANT: If the organization has the position of chief accountant, then it is necessary to produce electronic signature keys for the head and chief accountant of the organization. If the organization does not have the position of chief accountant on staff, then the electronic signature key is produced only for the head of the organization.

It is also allowed to generate electronic signature keys for other officials of the organization who have the right to sign electronic registers.

ATTENTION: Each ES key is produced on a SEPARATE medium!!!

Install the media for generating ES.

In the example below, the keys will be generated on a flash drive.

Launch the Key Generation program START -> All Programs ->SberSign.

In the window that appears (see Figure 7), click the “Next” button.

Automated systems" href="/text/category/avtomatizirovannie_sistemi/" rel="bookmark">automated system of the root Certification Center of Russia" (Organization code - KUC); NNNN– a four-digit serial number of the electronic signature key, unique for each EDF System Participant, which should not be reused even if the key is regenerated; s– a sign that the ES key belongs to an organization that is a client of Sberbank.

You can find out the Organization code assigned to your organization from the accompanying documentation to the agreement or from the Bank employee who executed the agreement (your organization code KUC is _______).

If you create the first digital signature key with this Organization code, then it must start with 0001.

The ES key identifier will be created automatically, but it should be edited to make it more informative. For example, the identifier in Figure 9 does not reflect the name of the enterprise. There was not enough space for it, since the length of the identifier should not exceed 32 characters. Alternatively, you can shorten the position and remove the space after the middle name (see Figure 10).

We have received an ID that meets the requirements.

But it is possible that the name could be much longer. Then it is recommended to first write the name of the organization, and only then the position, if there is any left for this place. For example: ER8W7001sBolshovAATSZhPervomaisk. For the Pervomaiskoe HOA, even removing the “gender” symbols did not help, but, nevertheless, such an identifier is quite suitable for registration.

To avoid technical complications, you should not use more than one space in a row in the ES key identifier, special characters, dots, quotes, etc.

IMPORTANT: ES key identifiers cannot be repeated. The identifier of an electronic signature key removed from the document flow cannot and will not be registered again. You should pay special attention to this when reinstalling SberSign software, system software, or installing Sbersign software on another computer.

After generating the correct ES key identifier, you must insert the flash drive into the computer, if this has not been done previously, and click the “Next” button and proceed to the next step (see Figure 12).

Step 4. In the “Enter the location for recording the digital signature public key” section, by clicking on the “Select” button, select the flash drive (or HDD), or write the letter of the flash drive in the English keyboard directly in the input field and check the “Create public key” option (see Figure 13). The public key is saved as a file in the folder you specify on your hard drive or flash drive in the format YYYYNNNN. key , where YYYY is the unique client code, NNNN is the serial number of the key. This file is intended for you to transfer to the Bank's Certification Center for its certification (establishment of ownership) and registration.

After clicking the “Finish” button, the procedure for creating a sensor key can be initiated random numbers(DSCh). Click OK to continue.

In the window that appears, the ES key generation wizard (see Figure 15) you will be offered a password to access the created secret ES key, consisting of six characters and including letters of the English alphabet and numbers, some characters can be read in two ways, the case of letters is IMPORTANT (uppercase or lowercase ). You can change the password by clicking the “Other Password” button until an option acceptable to you is generated. Write down the password you have chosen, carefully check that the password you have written is correct and click the “OK” button. It is impossible to recover the password for the digital signature key; if the password is lost, you will need to make a new digital key. It is not recommended to store the password that protects the ES key together with the media in clear text. It is advisable to store the electronic signature carrier in a metal cabinet (safe), to which only the person granted this right has access.

In the Microsoft Word window that opens, you will see a draft printout of the public key certificate, in which you need to check the compliance of the data specified in it and, if necessary, make changes. The following fields must be filled in: last name, first name, patronymic of the owner (abbreviations of first and middle names are not allowed); job title; name of the organization (full name).

As a result of the operation of producing digital signature keys, the following files will be generated on the selected media:

· sign_ YYYYNNNN. key – ES private key;

· YYYYNNNN. key - ES public key;

· YYYYNNNN. rtf – printout of a public key certificate in accordance with the supplied template as part of the SberSign software distribution kit.

· prnd. db3 - DSC key file.

If you plan to produce several ES keys, then you need to take the following “clean” media and perform the above procedure for each key.

After producing the electronic key, you need to check the software settings.

To do this, launch the SberSign Settings program. “START” -> “All programs” -> “SberSign" -> "ParametersSberSign".

The parameters should be set as shown in the figure (see Figure 17), except for the section “Signature private key storage parameters” (circled with a rectangle). In this section, specify the location of the ES private key file by clicking the “Select” button.

In the example in the figure, the private key file “F:\sign_E5RT7001.key” is selected, but if the key file you generated is located on another medium, then you need to specify it. Once you have completed your selection, save the settings on this tab by clicking the “Save” button.

After manufacturing the ES key, it is necessary to check its functionality.

To do this, in “Explorer” or open folder highlight required file(files), right-click to activate context menu, select “Sbersign5 – Sign electronic signature”.

Insert the media with the ES key, enter the password for this ES key. When entering the password, carefully check the keyboard layout - it must be the English layout “EN” and the case of letters (uppercase or lowercase). If the password is correct, a message about signing the file will be displayed and the identifier of the electronic signature key with which the file is certified will be indicated.

The program automatically checks the ES key password and the correctness of the secret signature key, i.e. Sbersign software will not allow you to enter an incorrect ES password.

5. Registration and replacement of electronic signature keys (ES)

To have the right to sign electronic registers, the Client must register the electronic signature with the Bank. To register a new ES key in the Bank’s database, the Client should provide to the functional unit of the Bank that has entered into an agreement with the organization, a correctly executed and completed (with the appropriate signatures of the owner of the ES key, the head of the organization and a seal imprint) printout of the public ES key according to the sample (see appendix) in duplicate and the public key of the electronic signature itself (in in electronic format), by copying the file onto a separate “transport” storage medium YYYYNNNN. key.

IMPORTANT: File sign_YYYYNNNN. key contains the private key of the Client’s electronic signature and the Bank’s SHOULD NOT BE TRANSFERRED!

The Bank's functional unit prepares the necessary documents and transmits them, along with public key files and printouts of the Client's digital signature public keys, to the Bank's Certification Center.

The Client's ES keys come into force after they are registered by the Bank's Certification Center and the Client's ES public keys are entered into the Bank's database.

The second copies of printouts of the Client's ES public keys with the signature of an authorized person of the Bank's Certification Center and the seal of the Bank's Certification Center are transferred to the Client through a functional unit.

Transfer of signed electronic signatures electronic documents is advisable only after returning from the Bank a printout of your key certificate with marks and the seal of the Certification Authority. This document, in accordance with Federal law“On Electronic Signature” No. 63-FZ dated January 1, 2001, is a guarantee for you that the Bank, within the framework of the agreement, will only have to execute orders signed by an electronic signature generated using a paired private key. On the part of the Bank, this document is a guarantor of your non-repudiation of the document with your electronic signature.

The validity period of your ES key is indicated in the ES public key certificate and does not exceed one year and three months. After this period, the ES keys are subject to withdrawal. To ensure continuity of electronic document flow with the Bank, you should carry out the procedure for replacing electronic signature keys in advance. The procedure for replacing ES keys includes all the operations outlined in sections 4 and 5 of this document.

For unscheduled withdrawal of the electronic signature key, you must send an official letter to the Bank.
