The Dulce underground laboratory is located in New Mexico, on the northern border with Colorado, approximately 25 miles west of Cham, in the area of the Navajo Indian reservation. This is one of the most mysterious bases about which little is known, Express reports.
According to rumors, a specially guarded and secret alien base is located here, where they conduct biogenetic experiments on people and animals. Before the "notoriety" of the Dulce base was made public, there had been repeated cases of livestock mutilation in the area. The Schoenfeld Clinical Laboratory in Albuquerque analyzed samples taken from the sacrificed animals. The potassium content was found to be 70 times higher than normal. Some researchers attribute the livestock mutilations to the activities of alien UFOs, which are often observed in the Dulce area.
In the spring of 1990, Jason Bishop, who was researching livestock mutilations in Dultz, sent a message to a select few researchers and later gave permission for it to be released to the general public. The emblem used by these humanoids has been observed in many parts of the world: H with an additional vertical stripe through the center of the crossbar. These creatures live on the planet Ummo and are therefore known as Ummites. They supposedly protect people from the predatory "Grey aliens" and cooperate with other humanoids community with the Vega, who, like the Ummites, directly claim ancient connections to prehistoric, lost civilizations on earth. - Branton)."

This canyon wall is where Paul Bennewitz (an eminent and famous physicist and UFO researcher) claimed to have an alien base. that during the night their craft take off from an open cave.During our stay at the peak we saw two very bright holes in the walls of the cliff, exactly where Paul had described them.
There are no roads on this cliff. The light appeared suddenly and then gradually faded. During this time we also heard voices that sounded like radio transmissions. The voices were not clear, but they were there nonetheless.
The object we saw at 19:51 was seen around 01:00 by Edmound Gomez."
"My impressions of this trip are mixed. I believe that in a certain way there is something in this place. What it is, I do not know. Perhaps this base is jointly controlled by aliens and the government, as John Lear talks about it. There are no fences around, to arouse the slightest suspicion... Actually, I can’t speak with confidence...” As stated in the documents of John Lear, “on the surface there is camouflage - houses with tiled roofs. The conflict with the Sonnerians in Dulce occurred in 1979. It was caused by the unauthorized seizure by the Americans of a hydrogen reactor (the size of a basketball) on trans-V element 115, which was removed from an active UFO (in the absence of the Sonnerians). When they returned, they were unable to take off, and, looking into the reactor compartment, they discovered that they were missing. The Americans did not respond to their demand to return the reactor.
Then the aliens took 44 scientific and technical personnel hostage and repeated their demand. The American side refused, and Delta commandos were called from the Fort Carson base in Colorado. During this action, 72 people died (all 44 hostages and 22 Delta fighters, a total of 66 people, + 6 more fighters went missing, their bodies were not found). All the dead burned to death (a similar phenomenon is known as spontaneous combustion of people).
This reaction from the aliens caused panic. In the period 1979-1981. All US-Sirius contacts ceased, but gradually there was reconciliation, and cooperation now continues." Here is what Daz Smith writes in his article "The Dulce Papers":
In 1987, the UK research group Quest International introduced me to the so-called "Dulce Papers". These documents discuss the joint actions of aliens and the government in New Mexico, USA. The Dulce Papers came at a time when ufology was booming everywhere, with massive UFO sightings and crop circle detections, and spawned a new generation of UFO researchers.
Subsequently, many researchers have added evidence on this issue, such as Bill Moore, Bill Hamilton and John Lear. Each of them contributed to the story of cooperation between humans and aliens, underground bases and a secret government cover-up of everything that was happening. After reading the Dulce Papers, I believed them. Almost ten years later, in 1996, I discovered on the Internet an excerpt from a film called "Area 51", which confirmed the information from the "Dulce Papers."
What was in these “Dulce Documents” and is it true? In 1979, something happened at the Dulce base, resulting in 66 deaths and 44 missing. One of the base employees who escaped death, who turned out to be a CIA agent, made some sketches, photographs and video footage of everything he saw on the base.
Subsequently, he made copies of these materials and distributed them to four of his acquaintances with the condition that if he missed four previously agreed meetings with them, they could do with these documents as they pleased... In December 1987, the “Dulce Documents” were made public.
According to researchers, the structure of the Dulce base is as follows: The multi-level underground building of the base goes down to at least seven known levels, which have one central node controlled by the base security service.
There are over 3,000 surveillance cameras and over 100 secret exits in and around Dulce. Many are around Mount Archuleta, others to the south - around Lake Dulce and even far to the east. The deep sections of the complex are connected by natural systems.

Level 1 - parking garage. All vehicles Dulce bases are parked here. No one will drive a car inside without security permission. There are magnetic sensors on the roads leading up to the garage, similar to those placed around Area 51.
Level 2 - contains a garage for trains, shuttles, tunnel machines.

So what is actually located in the area of the Navajo Indian reservations?

There are many places on earth that, for one reason or another, can be dangerous for humans, and therefore become forbidden. There are also those whose visits are prohibited by the authorities of the countries in which they are located, although there seems to be no reason for this. Most often, this means that events are taking place there, information about which, in the opinion of governments, should be kept in the strictest confidence both from their own population and from humanity as a whole.

The most famous place of this type is the so-called Dulce secret base in the USA. Sometimes called Dulce, the base is located in New Mexico, on the northern border with Colorado, about 25 miles west of Cham, in the area of the Navajo Indian reservation.

The only thing that is known for sure about it is its location and the fact that it is carefully guarded by the authorities. The mystery surrounding this place has given rise to various incredible theories about what is happening behind the walls of the secret base. Immediately after its creation, local residents who lived nearby in a small town were resettled. Subsequently, the Dulce base was closed, but it remains inaccessible, despite the seemingly complete absence of people on its territory. But why does this happen?

Eyewitnesses say that the mysterious base is still functioning, and sometimes strange phenomena such as lights and flashes can be observed in the middle of the night. Some claim that Dulce's laboratory is a landing site for alien spacecraft. Of course, this theory has not received official confirmation. But the number of its adherents increases with each city.

There is also an opinion that an organization for the study of paranormal phenomena has settled here. There is some similarity with "". There is no doubt that this place is by no means abandoned. In recent years, many incomprehensible structures have been created on this territory that cannot be identified in any way. Recently a new road was built here, which for some reason breaks off right in the middle of the road, and then only uninhabited places follow.

Dulce is a joint underground base between people and aliens, this is exactly what all supporters of conspiracy theories and conspiracies think.

In 1987, documents, photographs and video footage appeared about this very base, located near the city of Dulce in New Mexico. All this evidence handed over to ufologists was called the “Dulce Documents”, they talked about genetic experiments and the creation of hybrids from aliens and humans (how can one not remember Agent Mulder)

These documents contained information about the base itself; according to the stories, it consisted of seven levels, from the first to the fourth floor, there was the possession of people, and from the fifth to the seventh there were reptilians.

Apparently, the Dulce base continues to operate secretly to this day. However, it is unlikely that it will be possible to find out what it is, as well as the true intentions of the authorities and secret services in relation to it. People can only create theories, one more incredible than the other. which seem to explain some changes, but contradict others. The possibility cannot be ruled out that some terrible and illegal experiments are being carried out here on people with the aim of creating super-soldiers. Therefore, some cases of missing people are directly linked to the Dulce base. But what its employees actually do, if they exist, of course, still remains a mystery.

In 1987, none other than the truth-seeker handed over to ufologists 30 photographs, a video recording and a selection of documentary materials, which, quite obviously, was physical evidence of the existence of a joint US-CC base two miles below Mount Archuleta Mesa, near the city of Dulce, New Mexico.

This collection was called The Dulce Papers and provided graphic evidence of operations inside the secret underground facility, providing strong support for Bennewitz's conclusions regarding activity in the underground base.

Dulce's documents describe genetic experiments, the creation of human-alien hybrids, the use of mind control through supercomputers, and the storage of frozen human bodies as a source of food for representatives of extraterrestrial races. The documents provided evidence of the use of humans as test animals by extraterrestrial races working directly with various US government agencies executing black budget military contracts at a joint base. If the documents are correct and the experiments and projects described were actually carried out, then the human rights violations that took place reached such a scale that it surpassed even the darkest chapters of recent human history.
The man responsible for collecting and releasing the Dulce Papers, Thomas Castello, stated that he worked at the base as a security officer before leaving the base following a military confrontation that occurred in 1979 between elite US military personnel and base guards. and extraterrestrial races living on the base. The military confrontation he described became known as the "Dulce Wars," and a significant number of other truth-seekers and ufologists subsequently provided accounts of similar incidents in or near Dulce, corroborating most of Castello's claims.

Since he left the Dulce base in 1979 and released the Dulce Papers in 1986, Castello has given a number of interviews and correspondence with ufologists before gradually fading from the scene. The recordings of these interviews and correspondence shed further light on the events at the proposed Dulce base and the secret "war" that took place there.

Thomas Castello stated that he served in the US Air Force and specialized in military photography and video surveillance systems. He further stated that he served at a highly secret underground base near the city of Dulce in northern New Mexico. His biographical information can be summarized as follows:
In 1961, Castello was a young sergeant stationed at Nellis Air Force Base near Las Vegas, Nevada. He was a war photographer with a high security clearance. He was later transferred to West Virginia, where he gained experience in advanced reconnaissance photography. He was working inside a secret underground facility, and due to the nature of his new assignment, his clearance code was upgraded to TS-IV. He remained in the US Air Force as a photographer until 1971, when he was given a job with the RAND Corporation as a security technician and was assigned to California, where RAND is based, and his clearance code was upgraded to ULTRA-3. In 1977, Thomas was moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico, where his salary increased significantly and his clearance code was again raised, this time to ULTRA-7. He now worked as a security specialist at the underground base in Dulce, his duties included maintaining, positioning and calibrating CCTV cameras in the underground complex, as well as escorting visitors to their destination.

It was the data from the video surveillance systems that Castello owned that gave him complete information about what was happening at the base, about violations of human rights here, which gradually forced him to leave the base and reveal secret materials to interested people. Castello's revelations are contained in two sources: first, Castello's interviews/correspondence with a number of interested ufologists. Much of Castello's material has since circulated on the Internet and was eventually compiled into a book called The Dulce Wars, written by a ufologist who goes by the pseudonym Branton.
It is impossible to officially confirm Castello’s biographical information and his status as a truth-seeker. This stems from a practice that is standard for citizens working under contract with corporations and/or military/intelligence agencies on secret projects involving extraterrestrial races: the official seizure of all public records of contracted workers as a precaution in case they intentionally or unintentionally will publicly disclose what is happening in these projects. For example, Dr. Michael Wolf stated that since 1979 he has worked as a scientist and administrator for extraterrestrial affairs in a policy coordination group for extraterrestrial affairs called the Special Studies Group "PI-40." in the National Security Council. In a series of interviews with prominent ufologist Dr. Richard Boylan, Wolf revealed that, under directives from above, he participated in the controlled "leaking" of information to the civilian UFO community while simultaneously providing "plausible deniability" for the government side. All public records relating to Wolff's high university degrees and his contacts with various military/intelligence branches of the government were seized, making it very difficult and almost impossible to confirm his work history and the damning information he released. He said that such seizure of public records is "standard practice" for all citizens who are engaged in corporate and/or military projects that involve extraterrestrial races.

The next source confirming Wolf's claim that such a "standard practice" existed was Bob Lazar, a physicist who discovered that after he left the secret base S-4 (Dreamland) in Nevada in 1988, where he was employed in work on the restoration engineering of propulsion and power systems of extraterrestrial aircraft, his birth certificate no longer existed in the hospital where he was born, at the same time all records of his schooling, college and further employment contracts disappeared - officially he simply ceased to exist!

Today it can be learned that standard practice does exist for citizens working under contract with corporations and/or military/intelligence agencies where, according to the terms of the contract, relevant records may be deleted as a precaution against both public disclosure of information relating to extraterrestrial races, what took place in the case of Bob Lazar, and for the needs of controlled “leakage” of information in the case of Dr. Wolf. This means that confirming the facts of Castello’s biography, as well as the credibility of his statements as a truth-seeker, is extremely difficult, if not impossible. There are three possible options for the true identity of Castello's personality and information:

1) In the first case, he is who he claims to be, i.e. a truth-seeker who worked at the base.

2) In the second case, he used the name and identity of "Tomas Castello" as a cover to reveal information about Dulce. In this case, he may be an “insider” who reveals information about abuses at the base, but wishes to remain an anonymous truth-seeker.

3) In the third case, Castello is a false identity created by a certain intelligence officer to disseminate information that would lead ufologists and the public away from the real scene of secret military projects in the region.

A number of UFO researchers were in contact with Castello before his gradual "disappearance" in the 1980s and many questions were answered. According to Branton and William Hamilton, both of these ufologists met Castello personally and can confirm his existence and the veracity of his information.

Although Castello's list of contacts and interviewers is not particularly extensive, it proves his existence and casts doubt on the third possibility, that his identity was constructed by an intelligence officer. However, the uncertainty has led to most ufologists not taking seriously Castello's claims, which confirm Bennewitz's earlier findings but are now associated with AFOSI's disinformation campaign. I will later cite other truth-seekers who corroborate most aspects of both Bennewitz's and Castello's statements, indicating that the third possibility regarding Castello's identity is implausible. Therefore, there is every reason to subject Castello's evidence regarding what happened at the underground base at Dulce to the most serious consideration, since it is his evidence that provides the most complete information on this issue.

In the Dulce Papers and his other personal testimony, Castello claims the existence of a seven-level underground base shared by humans and various extraterrestrial races in Dulce, New Mexico. Castello claims that the people who work at the base are scientists, security personnel and employees of various corporations that service military contracts. Castello claims that representatives of four extraterrestrial races also work at the base:

1) standard small Grays from the Zeta Reticuli star system (approximately 120 (cm) tall)

2) tall Grays from Rigel, Orion (Rigel, Orion) (about 2 (m) tall)

3) and Reptilian creatures, both from the Earth and from the Draco star system in the constellation Orion (180-230 (cm) in height). (as appears from other sources, here, apparently, there is I see the star Thuban (Alpha Draconis) - author)

Castello claims that the terrestrial Reptilians, whom he describes as a "labor caste", are controlled by winged Reptilian beings, which he calls Draco (an extraterrestrial race from Orion). He says that the little Grays (featured in films such as Close Encounters of the Third Kind) are under the command of the Draco Reptilians. Castello says that he was employed as a "security technician" and his main functional responsibility was to deal with any issues and conflicts that arose between representatives of extraterrestrial races and the human base personnel. He describes his job functions and hierarchy within the extraterrestrial races when answering Branton's question about how often he had contact with various extraterrestrial beings:
Since I worked as a security technician on base, I was required to be in contact with them on a daily basis. If there were any problems regarding security or video cameras, I was the one to be called. Physical work on the lower levels of the Dulce base was usually performed by reptilians from the "labor caste". Decisions concerning this caste were usually made by the white Draco. If the human staff caused problems to the "worker caste", the reptilians would turn to the white Draconian "boss", and he would call me. At times it seemed like a never-ending problem. Some of the human staff periodically offended representatives of the “working caste” by shouting: “Go to work!” etc. In some cases, intervention was vital. A huge problem was the human workers walking around looking stupid near the OFF LIMIT area of the Alien Sector. I think it's human nature to be curious and want to know what happens if you penetrate the barrier. Very often, someone would find a way to bypass the barrier and stick their nose into the forbidden area. Cameras out front usually stopped them before they could get into serious trouble. However, on several occasions I have had to submit a formal request for the return of human workers.

Castello stated that various projects in Dulce included:

1. restoration engineering of extraterrestrial technology,

2. development of mind control methods,

3. genetic experiments, including cloning and the creation of human-alien hybrids.

Similar projects were carried out in Montauk (Long Island) and Brookhaven laboratories, as evidenced by various truth-seekers. These projects were scattered throughout all seven levels of the underground base, while the extraterrestrial races occupied the deepest levels, from the fifth to the seventh. These levels are described by Castello as very ancient natural caverns that were used in the past by various extraterrestrial races. In response to a question about the origin of the caverns, he replied: “Nature initiated these caverns. Draco reptilians have used these caverns and tunnels for centuries. Later, according to the plans of the RAND Corporation, they were expanded many times. Initially, the caverns included ice caves and sulfur lakes, which perfectly suited the needs of the aliens.

Regarding the division of duties at the joint base between the US Government and the Extraterrestrial races, Castello said: “The reptilian labor caste performs their daily duties, polishing latex floors, cleaning cages, delivering food to hungry humans and other creatures. It is their responsibility to formulate the correct mixture for the type one and type two creatures that the Draconian Race created. The working caste works equally well both in laboratories and at computers. Generally speaking, reptilian races are active at all levels of the Dulce base. There are several different alien races that operate in the eastern sector of level six... This sector is commonly referred to as the "alien sector." The Draconians are the undisputed masters of levels 5-6-7. People are only second in the hierarchy of power at these levels.
Castello says that he was a direct witness to the results of genetic experiments on interspecies crossing, which are located on the sixth level. (This level is also called the “Nightmare Hall” - author) His most terrible discovery was that people were used as a kind of a variety of laboratory animals on the lower levels of the base, kept there in a frozen state, used as targets in mind control programs and even in genetic experiments on interspecies crossing. Castello wrote: “Level 7 is the worst, row after row there are thousands of people and excerpts of human bodies in a frozen state. There is also a storage facility for humanoid embryos at various stages of development, which float in special vats. I often met people in cages, usually in an altered state of consciousness, but sometimes they screamed and cried for help."

Castello claims that at the initial briefing he was told that there were people on the base with various forms of insanity, and they were being subjected to a range of high-risk medical procedures and mind control experiments in order to cure their insanity. Castello says he and other base staff had to sign a paper every day that read, in part: “There are high-risk medical experiments being carried out on the base to cure insanity, please never tell anyone about this, including your fellow soldiers, it could ruin years.” work."

Castello proves that he carried out his duties without any particular problems until he began to suspect that the people considered insane were rather normal citizens who were kidnapped and used as laboratory animals by the Gray and Reptilian extraterrestrial races: "I reasonable person, if doctors say not to communicate with them, then who am I to disturb such a delicate situation? But one person managed to attract my attention. He stated repeatedly that he was George S., that he had been kidnapped, and that he was convinced that someone was looking for him. Thus came the realization that the people were ordinary citizens who had been abducted, which led Castello to decide to join a small group of base personnel who decided to help free the humiliated and trampled people: “One day another security officer came up to me and said that he and several lab workers want to have an informal meeting in one of the tunnels (off protocol). Curiosity got the better of me and I decided to join. About nine people came that night. They said they were putting me and themselves at risk, but they wanted to show me some things they thought I should see. One by one, they showed me papers that proved that the people being held at the base were the disappeared people. There were newspaper clippings and even photographs that they smuggled into the base. They also hoped to smuggle it back without me arresting them. I saw the fear on their faces as they spoke. One man said that he would rather lose his life trying to save people than lose his soul doing nothing. After these words, the ice began to break. I told them about George and what I had discovered about him. Within a few hours, we vowed to make an attempt to tell people the truth about the Dulce base."

Castello describes how a small group of people began to collaborate with some Reptilians from the labor caste, who were also interested in liberating people from the lower levels. Castello then describes how the elite Delta Force tried to destroy the "resistance movement": "Eventually it ended with a military attack on us that started at the entrance tunnels, and they killed everyone, humans and reptilians, everyone, who was on their list. We fired back, but none of the “working caste” had weapons, and neither did the laboratory workers. Only the guards and a few computer technicians had weapons. It was a massacre. Everyone screamed and ran in search of shelter. The halls and tunnels were filled to capacity. We are convinced that it was Delta Force (due to the uniforms and methods they used) who were out to kill everyone on their list."

Castello fled the base, taking with him photographs and videos that gradually became known to the general public as The Dulce Papers. Due to the importance of Castello's statements and the evidence he provided that support Bennewitz's conclusions, it is necessary to analyze any further evidence from truth-seekers that independently supports the hypothesis of the existence of an underground base at Dulce.

V. Was a Treaty signed between representatives of the US Government and the Extraterrestrial Races?

The first statement that requires analysis is the conviction of Bennewitz and Castello that a joint US-CC base exists at all. This requires some sort of formal treaty or agreement between representatives of the US Government and the Extraterrestrial races. According to Dr. Wolf, the Eisenhower administration entered into a treaty with the so-called Grays from the fourth planet of the Zeta Reticulum star system, but this treaty was never ratified, as required by the Constitution. Quoting the same treaty signed by the Eisenhower administration, Col. Philip Corso, a senior official on the National Security Council under Eisenhower, wrote: “We negotiated a kind of surrender because we could not fight them. They dictated the terms because they knew that what we fear most is the secret being revealed."

The Secret Treaty, signed in 1954 between the Eisenhower administration and the Extraterrestrial Race, is confirmed by the testimony of a number of other truth-seekers who previously had access to secret documents revealing the existence of such a treaty. Phil Schneider, a former geological engineer who worked for corporations involved in the construction of underground bases, wrote: “In 1954, during the Eisenhower administration, the federal government decided to circumvent the US Constitution and signed a treaty with aliens. Genetic diversity was what made the US more attractive as a treaty party than racially poorer superpowers such as Russia and China. It is very likely that one or more of these projects have become an area of conflict between Extraterrestrial races and secret government organizations. Sometime around 1993, Schneider stopped working for his various corporate clients on military contracts due to the belief that there was a secret plan by the high Grays to establish a UN-run New World Order on the planet, which they secretly controlled. He began a series of public lectures where he revealed activity in the underground bases he helped construct, as well as the role of extraterrestrial races in infiltrating national governments and creating the New World Order. Schneider gave his keynote lecture at the MUFON conference in May 1995 and was found dead in his home seven months later in January 1996.
