Secret base "Dulce" in New Mexico. Underground alien bases Wars in Dulce

The Dulce underground laboratory is located in New Mexico, on the northern border with Colorado, approximately 25 miles west of Cham, in the area of the Navajo Indian reservation. This is one of the most mysterious bases about which little is known, Express reports.
According to rumors, a specially guarded and secret alien base is located here, where they conduct biogenetic experiments on people and animals. Before the "notoriety" of the Dulce base was made public, there had been repeated cases of livestock mutilation in the area. In 1970, New Mexico State Trooper Gabe Valdez was investigating cattle mutilation on the ranch of farmer Edmond Gomez, who had lost four cows to mutilation between 1976 and June 1978.
The Schoenfeld Clinical Laboratory in Albuquerque analyzed samples taken from the sacrificed animals. The potassium content was found to be 70 times higher than normal. Some researchers attribute the livestock mutilations to the activities of alien UFOs, which are often observed in the Dulce area.
In the spring of 1990, Jason Bishop, who was researching livestock mutilations in Dultz, sent a message to a select few researchers and later gave permission for it to be released to the general public. This message, entitled: "Memories and Impressions of a Visit to Dultz, New Mexico October 23 - 24, 1988", is reproduced in part below:

"Upon arrival I was introduced to Dr. John F. Gille, a fellow Frenchman. Dr. Gille has a degree in mathematics and physics from the University of Paris. He has worked very fruitfully with the French government in the study of UFO phenomena in France. (Note : Over the past few years, there have been numerous reports claiming that the French government is secretly collaborating with "Norse-type" aliens who have colonized a planet in the relatively nearby Wolf 424 system and have high-tech knowledge. The emblem used by these humanoids has been observed in many parts of the world: H with an additional vertical stripe through the center of the crossbar. These creatures live on the planet Ummo and are therefore known as Ummites. They supposedly protect people from the predatory "Grey aliens" and cooperate with other humanoids community with the Vega, who, like the Ummites, directly claim ancient connections to prehistoric, lost civilizations on earth. - Branton)."
"Gillet told me that he has been out of his profession for fifteen years, devoting all his time to UFO research. Dr. Gillet is a friendly, frank man. But until I get to know him better, I feel that I must be very careful with him."
"Edmound Gomez is a rancher. His ranch is 13 miles from Dulce. He told me that his family has owned the family ranch for 111 years and that as a result of these injuries, they have lost $100,000 in eight years "

“Edmond was very open and discussed with me all the cattle mutilations that had occurred on his ranch...”
“Participants in the expedition to the Archuleta Mountains (in search of the Dulce base - author’s note) were: policeman Gabe Valdez, Edmund Gomez, Dr. John Gillet, Manuel Gomez (Edmund’s brother), Jeff and Mat Valdez (Gabe’s sons). Thanks to this that Gabe was the sheriff in Dultz, we received permission to go into the mountains."
“At 19:51, all seven of us saw a very bright object approaching at very high speed from the northwest. The object seemed to be similar in shape to a boomerang. The color was very bright - blue and green.
The object approached, slowed down (apparently under intelligent control), changed direction and finally stopped, while sparks were emitted from each end of the boomerang. The object then began to move forward and disappeared from view at very high speed. This all lasted approximately 10 to 15 seconds."
"Around 10:00 p.m. we climbed to the top of Mount Archuleta. We could look across the canyon in the moonlight. This canyon wall is where Paul Bennewitz (an eminent and famous physicist and UFO researcher) claimed to have an alien base. that during the night their craft take off from an open cave.During our stay at the peak we saw two very bright holes in the walls of the cliff, exactly where Paul had described them.
There are no roads on this cliff. The light appeared suddenly and then gradually faded. During this time we also heard voices that sounded like radio transmissions. The voices were not clear, but they were there nonetheless.
The object we saw at 19:51 was seen around 01:00 by Edmound Gomez."
"My impressions of this trip are mixed. I believe that in a certain way there is something in this place. What it is, I do not know. Perhaps this base is jointly controlled by aliens and the government, as John Lear talks about it. There are no fences around, to arouse the slightest suspicion... Actually, I can’t speak with confidence...” As stated in the documents of John Lear, “on the surface there is camouflage - houses with tiled roofs. There is also an underground base of the Sirians (Zonnerians) in Dultz.
The conflict with the Sonnerians in Dulce occurred in 1979. It was caused by the unauthorized seizure by the Americans of a hydrogen reactor (the size of a basketball) on trans-V element 115, which was removed from an active UFO (in the absence of the Sonnerians). When they returned, they were unable to take off, and, looking into the reactor compartment, they discovered that they were missing. The Americans did not respond to their demand to return the reactor.
Then the aliens took 44 scientific and technical personnel hostage and repeated their demand. The American side refused, and Delta commandos were called from the Fort Carson base in Colorado. During this action, 72 people died (all 44 hostages and 22 Delta fighters, a total of 66 people, + 6 more fighters went missing, their bodies were not found). All the dead burned to death (a similar phenomenon is known as spontaneous combustion of people).
This reaction from the aliens caused panic. In the period 1979-1981. All US-Sirius contacts ceased, but gradually there was reconciliation, and cooperation now continues." Here is what Daz Smith writes in his article "The Dulce Papers":
In 1987, the UK research group Quest International introduced me to the so-called "Dulce Papers". These documents discuss the joint actions of aliens and the government in New Mexico, USA. The Dulce Papers came at a time when ufology was booming everywhere, with massive UFO sightings and crop circle detections, and spawned a new generation of UFO researchers.
Subsequently, many researchers have added evidence on this issue, such as Bill Moore, Bill Hamilton and John Lear. Each of them contributed to the story of cooperation between humans and aliens, underground bases and a secret government cover-up of everything that was happening. After reading the Dulce Papers, I believed them. Almost ten years later, in 1996, I discovered on the Internet an excerpt from a film called "Area 51", which confirmed the information from the "Dulce Papers."
What was in these “Dulce Documents” and is it true? In 1979, something happened at the Dulce base, resulting in 66 deaths and 44 missing. One of the base employees who escaped death, who turned out to be a CIA agent, made some sketches, photographs and video footage of everything he saw on the base.
Subsequently, he made copies of these materials and distributed them to four of his acquaintances with the condition that if he missed four previously agreed meetings with them, they could do with these documents as they pleased... In December 1987, the “Dulce Documents” were made public.
According to researchers, the structure of the Dulce base is as follows: The multi-level underground building of the base goes down to at least seven known levels, which have one central node controlled by the base security service.
There are over 3,000 surveillance cameras and over 100 secret exits in and around Dulce. Many are around Mount Archuleta, others to the south - around Lake Dulce and even far to the east. The deep sections of the complex are connected by natural systems.

Level 1 - parking garage. All vehicles Dulce bases are parked here. No one will drive a car inside without security permission. There are magnetic sensors on the roads leading up to the garage, similar to those placed around Area 51.
Level 2 - contains a garage for trains, shuttles, tunnel machines.
Most tunnel systems lead to large underground alien bases: Area 19, Area 51, Plant 42, Green River, Dugway, Edwards AFB, Denver International Airport...
Level 3 - housing, worker complexes and testing laboratories are located here. This level is the main control node where most computers are located.
Level 4 - includes laboratories for the study of the human aura, all aspects of telepathy, and hypnosis. According to some researchers, the aliens know how to separate the astral body from the physical body in order to place the life force matrix of the "alien object" within the human body after removing the human soul.
Level 5 - housing for the "Grey" and "Reptoid" alien species is located here.
Level 6 is a confidential level, known as the Nightmare Hall. There are genetic laboratories here, where experiments are done on animals and humans. The aliens gave people a lot of knowledge about genetics: knowledge, both useful and dangerous. Cloning is also carried out at this level.
Level 7 - at this level, perhaps, human embryos are contained in refrigerators, and living human “material” for experiments is contained in cells.
So what is actually located in the area of the Navajo Indian reservations?

There are many places on earth that, for one reason or another, can be dangerous for humans, and therefore become forbidden. There are also those whose visits are prohibited by the authorities of the countries in which they are located, although there seems to be no reason for this. Most often, this means that events are taking place there, information about which, in the opinion of governments, should be kept in the strictest confidence both from their own population and from humanity as a whole.

The most famous place of this type is the so-called Dulce secret base in the USA. Sometimes called Dulce, the base is located in New Mexico, on the northern border with Colorado, about 25 miles west of Cham, in the area of the Navajo Indian reservation.

The only thing that is known for sure about it is its location and the fact that it is carefully guarded by the authorities. The mystery surrounding this place has given rise to various incredible theories about what is happening behind the walls of the secret base. Immediately after its creation, local residents who lived nearby in a small town were resettled. Subsequently, the Dulce base was closed, but it remains inaccessible, despite the seemingly complete absence of people on its territory. But why does this happen?

Eyewitnesses say that the mysterious base is still functioning, and sometimes strange phenomena such as lights and flashes can be observed in the middle of the night. Some claim that Dulce's laboratory is a landing site for alien spacecraft. Of course, this theory has not received official confirmation. But the number of its adherents increases with each city.

There is also an opinion that an organization for the study of paranormal phenomena has settled here. There is some similarity with "". There is no doubt that this place is by no means abandoned. In recent years, many incomprehensible structures have been created on this territory that cannot be identified in any way. Recently a new road was built here, which for some reason breaks off right in the middle of the road, and then only uninhabited places follow.

Dulce is a joint underground base between people and aliens, this is exactly what all supporters of conspiracy theories and conspiracies think.

In 1987, documents, photographs and video footage appeared about this very base, located near the city of Dulce in New Mexico. All this evidence handed over to ufologists was called the “Dulce Documents”, they talked about genetic experiments and the creation of hybrids from aliens and humans (how can one not remember Agent Mulder)

These documents contained information about the base itself; according to the stories, it consisted of seven levels, from the first to the fourth floor, there was the possession of people, and from the fifth to the seventh there were reptilians.

What is actually located at the Dulce base is not clear, but as the famous agent Mulder said, “The truth is out there.”

According to researchers, the structure of the Dulce base is as follows:

The base's multi-level underground building extends down at least seven known levels, which have one central hub controlled by base security.

There are over 3,000 surveillance cameras and over 100 secret exits in and around Dulce. Many are around Mount Archuleta, others to the south - around Lake Dulce and even far to the east. The deep sections of the complex are connected by natural systems.

Level 1- parking garage. All vehicles at the Dulce base are parked here. No one will drive a car inside without security permission. There are magnetic sensors on the roads leading up to the garage, similar to those placed around Area 51.

Level 2— contains a garage for trains, shuttles, tunnel machines.
Most tunnel systems lead to large underground alien bases: Area 19, Area 51, Plant 42, Green River, Dugway, Edwards AFB, Denver International Airport...

Level 3— housing, complexes for workers and testing laboratories are located here. This level is the main control node where most of the computers are located.

Level 4- includes laboratories for the study of the human aura, all aspects of telepathy, hypnosis. According to some researchers, the aliens know how to separate the astral body from the physical body in order to place the life force matrix of the “alien object” within the human body after removing the human soul.

Level 5— housing for the “Grey” and “Reptoid” alien species is located here.

Level 6- confidential level, known as the Nightmare Hall. There are genetic laboratories here, where experiments are done on animals and humans. The aliens gave people a lot of knowledge about genetics: knowledge, both useful and dangerous. Cloning is also carried out at this level.

Level 7- at this level, perhaps, the refrigerators contain human embryos, and the cells contain living human “material” for conducting experiments.

Apparently, the Dulce base continues to operate secretly to this day. However, it is unlikely that it will be possible to find out what it is, as well as the true intentions of the authorities and secret services in relation to it. People can only create theories, one more incredible than the other. which seem to explain some changes, but contradict others. The possibility cannot be ruled out that some terrible and illegal experiments are being carried out here on people with the aim of creating super-soldiers. Therefore, some cases of missing people are directly linked to the Dulce base. But what its employees actually do, if they exist, of course, still remains a mystery.

In 1987, none other than the truth-seeker handed over to ufologists 30 photographs, a video recording and a selection of documentary materials, which, quite obviously, was physical evidence of the existence of a joint US-CC base two miles below Mount Archuleta Mesa, near the city of Dulce, New Mexico.

This collection was called The Dulce Papers and provided graphic evidence of operations inside the secret underground facility, providing strong support for Bennewitz's conclusions regarding activity in the underground base.

Dulce's documents describe genetic experiments, the creation of human-alien hybrids, the use of mind control through supercomputers, and the storage of frozen human bodies as a source of food for representatives of extraterrestrial races. The documents provided evidence of the use of humans as test animals by extraterrestrial races working directly with various US government agencies executing black budget military contracts at a joint base. If the documents are correct and the experiments and projects described were actually carried out, then the human rights violations that took place reached such a scale that it surpassed even the darkest chapters of recent human history.
The man responsible for collecting and releasing the Dulce Papers, Thomas Castello, stated that he worked at the base as a security officer before leaving the base following a military confrontation that occurred in 1979 between elite US military personnel and base guards. and extraterrestrial races living on the base. The military confrontation he described became known as the "Dulce Wars," and a significant number of other truth-seekers and ufologists subsequently provided accounts of similar incidents in or near Dulce, corroborating most of Castello's claims.

Since he left the Dulce base in 1979 and released the Dulce Papers in 1986, Castello has given a number of interviews and correspondence with ufologists before gradually fading from the scene. The recordings of these interviews and correspondence shed further light on the events at the proposed Dulce base and the secret "war" that took place there.

Thomas Castello stated that he served in the US Air Force and specialized in military photography and video surveillance systems. He further stated that he served at a highly secret underground base near the city of Dulce in northern New Mexico. His biographical information can be summarized as follows:
In 1961, Castello was a young sergeant stationed at Nellis Air Force Base near Las Vegas, Nevada. He was a war photographer with a high security clearance. He was later transferred to West Virginia, where he gained experience in advanced reconnaissance photography. He was working inside a secret underground facility, and due to the nature of his new assignment, his clearance code was upgraded to TS-IV. He remained in the US Air Force as a photographer until 1971, when he was given a job with the RAND Corporation as a security technician and was assigned to California, where RAND is based, and his clearance code was upgraded to ULTRA-3. In 1977, Thomas was moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico, where his salary increased significantly and his clearance code was again raised, this time to ULTRA-7. He now worked as a security specialist at the underground base in Dulce, his duties included maintaining, positioning and calibrating CCTV cameras in the underground complex, as well as escorting visitors to their destination.

It was the data from the video surveillance systems that Castello owned that gave him complete information about what was happening at the base, about violations of human rights here, which gradually forced him to leave the base and reveal secret materials to interested people. Castello's revelations are contained in two sources: first, Castello's interviews/correspondence with a number of interested ufologists. Much of Castello's material has since circulated on the Internet and was eventually compiled into a book called The Dulce Wars, written by a ufologist who goes by the pseudonym Branton.
It is impossible to officially confirm Castello’s biographical information and his status as a truth-seeker. This stems from a practice that is standard for citizens working under contract with corporations and/or military/intelligence agencies on secret projects involving extraterrestrial races: the official seizure of all public records of contracted workers as a precaution in case they intentionally or unintentionally will publicly disclose what is happening in these projects. For example, Dr. Michael Wolf stated that since 1979 he has worked as a scientist and administrator for extraterrestrial affairs in a policy coordination group for extraterrestrial affairs called the Special Studies Group "PI-40." in the National Security Council. In a series of interviews with prominent ufologist Dr. Richard Boylan, Wolf revealed that, under directives from above, he participated in the controlled "leaking" of information to the civilian UFO community while simultaneously providing "plausible deniability" for the government side. All public records relating to Wolff's high university degrees and his contacts with various military/intelligence branches of the government were seized, making it very difficult and almost impossible to confirm his work history and the damning information he released. He said that such seizure of public records is "standard practice" for all citizens who are engaged in corporate and/or military projects that involve extraterrestrial races.

The next source confirming Wolf's claim that such a "standard practice" existed was Bob Lazar, a physicist who discovered that after he left the secret base S-4 (Dreamland) in Nevada in 1988, where he was employed in work on the restoration engineering of propulsion and power systems of extraterrestrial aircraft, his birth certificate no longer existed in the hospital where he was born, at the same time all records of his schooling, college and further employment contracts disappeared - officially he simply ceased to exist!

Today it can be learned that standard practice does exist for citizens working under contract with corporations and/or military/intelligence agencies where, according to the terms of the contract, relevant records may be deleted as a precaution against both public disclosure of information relating to extraterrestrial races, what took place in the case of Bob Lazar, and for the needs of controlled “leakage” of information in the case of Dr. Wolf. This means that confirming the facts of Castello’s biography, as well as the credibility of his statements as a truth-seeker, is extremely difficult, if not impossible. There are three possible options for the true identity of Castello's personality and information:

1) In the first case, he is who he claims to be, i.e. a truth-seeker who worked at the base.

2) In the second case, he used the name and identity of "Tomas Castello" as a cover to reveal information about Dulce. In this case, he may be an “insider” who reveals information about abuses at the base, but wishes to remain an anonymous truth-seeker.

3) In the third case, Castello is a false identity created by a certain intelligence officer to disseminate information that would lead ufologists and the public away from the real scene of secret military projects in the region.

A number of UFO researchers were in contact with Castello before his gradual "disappearance" in the 1980s and many questions were answered. According to Branton and William Hamilton, both of these ufologists met Castello personally and can confirm his existence and the veracity of his information.

Although Castello's list of contacts and interviewers is not particularly extensive, it proves his existence and casts doubt on the third possibility, that his identity was constructed by an intelligence officer. However, the uncertainty has led to most ufologists not taking seriously Castello's claims, which confirm Bennewitz's earlier findings but are now associated with AFOSI's disinformation campaign. I will later cite other truth-seekers who corroborate most aspects of both Bennewitz's and Castello's statements, indicating that the third possibility regarding Castello's identity is implausible. Therefore, there is every reason to subject Castello's evidence regarding what happened at the underground base at Dulce to the most serious consideration, since it is his evidence that provides the most complete information on this issue.

In the Dulce Papers and his other personal testimony, Castello claims the existence of a seven-level underground base shared by humans and various extraterrestrial races in Dulce, New Mexico. Castello claims that the people who work at the base are scientists, security personnel and employees of various corporations that service military contracts. Castello claims that representatives of four extraterrestrial races also work at the base:

1) standard small Grays from the Zeta Reticuli star system (approximately 120 (cm) tall)

2) tall Grays from Rigel, Orion (Rigel, Orion) (about 2 (m) tall)

3) and Reptilian creatures, both from the Earth and from the Draco star system in the constellation Orion (180-230 (cm) in height). (as appears from other sources, here, apparently, there is I see the star Thuban (Alpha Draconis) - author)

Castello claims that the terrestrial Reptilians, whom he describes as a "labor caste", are controlled by winged Reptilian beings, which he calls Draco (an extraterrestrial race from Orion). He says that the little Grays (featured in films such as Close Encounters of the Third Kind) are under the command of the Draco Reptilians. Castello says that he was employed as a "security technician" and his main functional responsibility was to deal with any issues and conflicts that arose between representatives of extraterrestrial races and the human base personnel. He describes his job functions and hierarchy within the extraterrestrial races when answering Branton's question about how often he had contact with various extraterrestrial beings:
Since I worked as a security technician on base, I was required to be in contact with them on a daily basis. If there were any problems regarding security or video cameras, I was the one to be called. Physical work on the lower levels of the Dulce base was usually performed by reptilians from the "labor caste". Decisions concerning this caste were usually made by the white Draco. If the human staff caused problems to the "worker caste", the reptilians would turn to the white Draconian "boss", and he would call me. At times it seemed like a never-ending problem. Some of the human staff periodically offended representatives of the “working caste” by shouting: “Go to work!” etc. In some cases, intervention was vital. A huge problem was the human workers walking around looking stupid near the OFF LIMIT area of the Alien Sector. I think it's human nature to be curious and want to know what happens if you penetrate the barrier. Very often, someone would find a way to bypass the barrier and stick their nose into the forbidden area. Cameras out front usually stopped them before they could get into serious trouble. However, on several occasions I have had to submit a formal request for the return of human workers.

Castello stated that various projects in Dulce included:

1. restoration engineering of extraterrestrial technology,

2. development of mind control methods,

3. genetic experiments, including cloning and the creation of human-alien hybrids.

Similar projects were carried out in Montauk (Long Island) and Brookhaven laboratories, as evidenced by various truth-seekers. These projects were scattered throughout all seven levels of the underground base, while the extraterrestrial races occupied the deepest levels, from the fifth to the seventh. These levels are described by Castello as very ancient natural caverns that were used in the past by various extraterrestrial races. In response to a question about the origin of the caverns, he replied: “Nature initiated these caverns. Draco reptilians have used these caverns and tunnels for centuries. Later, according to the plans of the RAND Corporation, they were expanded many times. Initially, the caverns included ice caves and sulfur lakes, which perfectly suited the needs of the aliens.

Regarding the division of duties at the joint base between the US Government and the Extraterrestrial races, Castello said: “The reptilian labor caste performs their daily duties, polishing latex floors, cleaning cages, delivering food to hungry humans and other creatures. It is their responsibility to formulate the correct mixture for the type one and type two creatures that the Draconian Race created. The working caste works equally well both in laboratories and at computers. Generally speaking, reptilian races are active at all levels of the Dulce base. There are several different alien races that operate in the eastern sector of level six... This sector is commonly referred to as the "alien sector." The Draconians are the undisputed masters of levels 5-6-7. People are only second in the hierarchy of power at these levels.
Castello says that he was a direct witness to the results of genetic experiments on interspecies crossing, which are located on the sixth level. (This level is also called the “Nightmare Hall” - author) His most terrible discovery was that people were used as a kind of a variety of laboratory animals on the lower levels of the base, kept there in a frozen state, used as targets in mind control programs and even in genetic experiments on interspecies crossing. Castello wrote: “Level 7 is the worst, row after row there are thousands of people and excerpts of human bodies in a frozen state. There is also a storage facility for humanoid embryos at various stages of development, which float in special vats. I often met people in cages, usually in an altered state of consciousness, but sometimes they screamed and cried for help."

Castello claims that at the initial briefing he was told that there were people on the base with various forms of insanity, and they were being subjected to a range of high-risk medical procedures and mind control experiments in order to cure their insanity. Castello says he and other base staff had to sign a paper every day that read, in part: “There are high-risk medical experiments being carried out on the base to cure insanity, please never tell anyone about this, including your fellow soldiers, it could ruin years.” work."

Castello proves that he carried out his duties without any particular problems until he began to suspect that the people considered insane were rather normal citizens who were kidnapped and used as laboratory animals by the Gray and Reptilian extraterrestrial races: "I reasonable person, if doctors say not to communicate with them, then who am I to disturb such a delicate situation? But one person managed to attract my attention. He stated repeatedly that he was George S., that he had been kidnapped, and that he was convinced that someone was looking for him. I don’t know why he sank into my soul, I remembered his face and thought that he didn’t look or talk like a madman at all, although my colleagues convinced me otherwise. One day I convinced a friend of mine, a policeman, to check on this guy, even though he hadn't said a word to the base. It was a terrible feeling when the computer confirmed that George S. had disappeared.”
Thus came the realization that the people were ordinary citizens who had been abducted, which led Castello to decide to join a small group of base personnel who decided to help free the humiliated and trampled people: “One day another security officer came up to me and said that he and several lab workers want to have an informal meeting in one of the tunnels (off protocol). Curiosity got the better of me and I decided to join. About nine people came that night. They said they were putting me and themselves at risk, but they wanted to show me some things they thought I should see. One by one, they showed me papers that proved that the people being held at the base were the disappeared people. There were newspaper clippings and even photographs that they smuggled into the base. They also hoped to smuggle it back without me arresting them. I saw the fear on their faces as they spoke. One man said that he would rather lose his life trying to save people than lose his soul doing nothing. After these words, the ice began to break. I told them about George and what I had discovered about him. Within a few hours, we vowed to make an attempt to tell people the truth about the Dulce base."

Castello describes how a small group of people began to collaborate with some Reptilians from the labor caste, who were also interested in liberating people from the lower levels. Castello then describes how the elite Delta Force tried to destroy the "resistance movement": "Eventually it ended with a military attack on us that started at the entrance tunnels, and they killed everyone, humans and reptilians, everyone, who was on their list. We fired back, but none of the “working caste” had weapons, and neither did the laboratory workers. Only the guards and a few computer technicians had weapons. It was a massacre. Everyone screamed and ran in search of shelter. The halls and tunnels were filled to capacity. We are convinced that it was Delta Force (due to the uniforms and methods they used) who were out to kill everyone on their list."

Castello fled the base, taking with him photographs and videos that gradually became known to the general public as The Dulce Papers. Due to the importance of Castello's statements and the evidence he provided that support Bennewitz's conclusions, it is necessary to analyze any further evidence from truth-seekers that independently supports the hypothesis of the existence of an underground base at Dulce.

V. Was a Treaty signed between representatives of the US Government and the Extraterrestrial Races?
(Was a Treaty signed between US Government representatives and ET Races?))

The first statement that requires analysis is the conviction of Bennewitz and Castello that a joint US-CC base exists at all. This requires some sort of formal treaty or agreement between representatives of the US Government and the Extraterrestrial races. There is significant truth-seeking evidence (in fact, there is much more independent evidence than one - the author) that a treaty was signed between the Eisenhower administration and the Grays from Zeta Reticulum in 1954. According to Dr. Wolf, the Eisenhower administration entered into a treaty with the so-called Grays from the fourth planet of the Zeta Reticulum star system, but this treaty was never ratified, as required by the Constitution. Quoting the same treaty signed by the Eisenhower administration, Col. Philip Corso, a senior official on the National Security Council under Eisenhower, wrote: “We negotiated a kind of surrender because we could not fight them. They dictated the terms because they knew that what we fear most is the secret being revealed."

The Secret Treaty, signed in 1954 between the Eisenhower administration and the Extraterrestrial Race, is confirmed by the testimony of a number of other truth-seekers who previously had access to secret documents revealing the existence of such a treaty. Phil Schneider, a former geological engineer who worked for corporations involved in the construction of underground bases, wrote: “In 1954, during the Eisenhower administration, the federal government decided to circumvent the US Constitution and signed a treaty with aliens. It was called the "1954 Grenada Treaty" (Greada Treaty? - author) and allowed the aliens to take a number of livestock and test their implantation technique on a number of people, a list of which they were required to submit. However, gradually the aliens modified the terms of the agreement in their favor, and then decided to stop observing it altogether.”

It is debated whether there actually was a transfer of technology from Extraterrestrial races to the US Government in exchange for certain rights granted to the aliens. Colonel Philip Corso believes that the treaty was forced upon the Eisenhower administration, suggesting that technology transfer would occur in exchange for the aliens' collection of a variety of genetic material available in the United States.

Genetic diversity was what made the US more attractive as a treaty party than racially poorer superpowers such as Russia and China. It is possible that the administration justified its behavior by arguing that the Grays would have been kidnapping American citizens anyway, while the Treaty could have provided the ability to monitor abductions and see what happened to citizens who were part of the genetic experiments carried out by the Grays. The Grays were required to submit lists of abducted citizens, which they apparently did not do and which later became a source of friction between the Grays and American authorities.

The pact with the Grays from Zeta Reticulum likely led to the creation of secret joint bases whose functions included:

Technology exchange;

Mind control experiments;

Monitoring of genetic experiments of the Grays;

Conspiracy to kidnap citizens for various projects at these joint bases.

The existence of both the Treaty and joint bases with the Grays appears to have received highest level secrecy and is known today only to a very limited number of elected and appointed officials. Evidence from truth-seekers supporting the existence of a secret technology-sharing treaty between the Eisenhower administration and the Extraterrestrial Race suggests the possible establishment of underground bases where this could be accomplished without public, congressional or foreign policy control or oversight. Having assumed the existence of a “legal” basis for the existence of a joint US-CC underground base, I begin to analyze the evidence supporting the existence of such a base.

Based on the available evidence, we can conclude that there are three possibilities to explain what happened at Dulce:

The first, top-secret joint human-alien base actually exists in Dulce, where projects are underway that include kidnapping people whose rights have been seriously violated.

Second, the Dulce base exists, but reports of horrific extraterrestrial abuses on humans were part of a disinformation campaign designed to discredit Paul Bennewitz and any legitimate research into any extraterrestrial activity and secret government projects taking place at Dulce.

A third possibility is that all the stories about Dulce are disinformation designed to deliberately undermine serious UFO research and divide the UFO community.

With these three possibilities in mind, I begin to examine the evidence of truth-seekers regarding the likely military conflict at the Dulce base to determine which of these three possibilities most closely approximates the truth.

VI The Dulce War

Evidence from truth-seekers supporting the existence of the Dulce base suggests that this secret facility is indeed the site of a number of projects focused on technology sharing, mind control, genetic experimentation, and human rights violations of abducted citizens. It is very likely that one or more of these projects have become an area of conflict between Extraterrestrial races and secret government organizations. This conflict led to a military confrontation that became known as the "War of Dulce." The exact cause of this confrontation remains unclear, but various accounts indicate that it actually took place and resulted in a significant number of deaths, including American personnel, base security guards, and members of extraterrestrial species.

According to Castello, the military conflict at Dulce began as a result of a growing resistance movement, including both security personnel and sympathetic extraterrestrial races who wanted to help the imprisoned people in the alien sectors of the base. Eventually, an elite 100-man Delta Force military unit was sent to the base to root out a resistance movement that was threatening the base's security. As a result, both Delta Force personnel and base security personnel and representatives of extraterrestrial races became victims of the conflict. The military confrontation at Dulce is reflected in the reporting of other truth-seekers, including Phil Schneider, who served as a geological engineer on the creation of the Dulce base, other underground bases in the United States, and underground bases around the world. In 1995, Schneider gave the following details about his biography and the military confrontation that took place: “To give you an idea of who I am, I will start by saying that I graduated from engineering school. I have built my reputation as a geological engineer and as a structural engineer in the military and aerospace fields. I took part in the construction of two major bases in the United States, which are of major importance in the creation of what is called the New World Order. First base is the base in Dulce, New Mexico. In 1979, I was involved in an armed conflict with humanoid aliens, and I was one of those who survived. I may be the only survivor speaking on this topic today. The other two survivors are under strict surveillance. I'm the only one who knows all the details of the entire operation. 66 intelligence agents, FBI agents, Black Berets and the like died in the armed conflict. I was there".

Schneider describes the cause of the 1979 military confrontation as an “accident” that occurred as a result of planned work (drilling) to expand the Dulce base: “I was involved in the expansion of a deep underground military base at Dulce, which is perhaps the deepest base. It goes down seven levels and is over 2.5 miles deep. At this time we were drilling four different wells in the desert, intending to link them together, but this required blasting. My job was to go deep into the wells, study the characteristics of the black rocks, and recommend explosives that would be suitable in each case. However, as we moved down, we found ourselves in a large cavern that was full of alien aliens, otherwise known as the large Grays.

I killed two of them. At that time, there were 30 people among them. Another 40 came there when it all started, and they were all killed. We were surprised by the existence of an entire underground base filled with aliens. We later learned that they have been living on our planet for a long time... in my opinion, this could explain a lot of what is behind the theory of ancient astronauts.”
An important difference between Schneider's version and Castello's version is that Schneider does not view the base as joint. He describes it as a seven-level American structure that "accidentally" ended up on top of an ancient alien base. He was convinced that his job was to expand the existing base, not to attack aliens for unknown purposes. The implausibility of the Dulce base being "accidentally" built on top of an ancient alien base suggests that Schneider was only partially informed about the true nature of his mission and what was happening on the lower levels. A more plausible scenario was that Schneider assisted the US military to reach the deepest level of the Dulce base, Level 7, which was closed and where the true cause of the conflict lay.

Sometime around 1993, Schneider stopped working for his various corporate clients on military contracts due to the belief that there was a secret plan by the high Grays to establish a UN-run New World Order on the planet, which they secretly controlled. He began a series of public lectures where he revealed activity in the underground bases he helped construct, as well as the role of extraterrestrial races in infiltrating national governments and creating the New World Order. Schneider gave his keynote lecture at the MUFON conference in May 1995 and was found dead in his home seven months later in January 1996.

The circumstances surrounding Schneider's death (he was strangled by a medical catheter that was kept in his room at all times because Schneider was unwell - author) and his autopsy report have led many to claim that Schneider was killed for publicizing his knowledge of alien presence and a secret underground base. Schneider's evidence, his excellent knowledge of engineering geology, and his mysterious death all support his central thesis that an underground base exists at Dulce and that a military confrontation between extraterrestrial races and elite US military forces occurred on the lowest level of this underground facility.

Another truth-seeker who supports the veracity of the version that an armed skirmish took place between the US military and extraterrestrial races at a secret underground base was Dr. Michael Wolf. Wolf's book "Catchers of Heaven" describes a skirmish between aliens and elite US military units that occurred in 1975 in Groom Lake, Nevada and may be related to what happened later in Dulce: "The Grays divided some of its technologies with "dedicated" government scientists in carefully guarded underground facilities in Nevada and New Mexico. The aliens gave the American government some of their Antigravity Craft and a huge supply of fuel (Element 115). On May 1, 1975, during a similar technology transfer in Nevada, where a small extraterrestrial antimatter reactor was being demonstrated, one of the main Grays asked a Delta Force colonel in charge of security to unload all available weapons and remove them from the room (so that they could not accidentally fire during the release of energy). The military refused, and during the ensuing chaos they opened fire on the Grays. One alien, two scientists and 41 military personnel were killed. One survivor stated that the aliens likely used channeled mental energy to destroy the Delta forces that attacked them. Dr. Wolf stated that "this incident marked the end of exchanges with the Grays."

There are important parallels between the "Dulce War" described by Castello and Schneider and the "Nevada Confrontation" described by Wolf. In both cases, a significant number of American military personnel were killed after confrontation with aliens. These parallels suggest that either Wolf was describing a completely different conflict, or the same conflict, but with certain inaccuracies designed to hide the true nature and location of the conflict. An important difference in the descriptions is that Wolf's aliens are "prisoned slaves" and not the owners of the base. It is implausible that alien "captive slaves" would take part in the important technological exchange described by Wolf. It is likely that Wolf's portrayal of the aliens as "captive slaves" was intended to obscure the true extent of cooperation between the US military and the ET races at the joint base, which fits well with Bennewitz's statements regarding Dulce.

It also casts doubt on whether the 1975 Nevada conflict occurred as Wolf describes, or whether he is referring to the 1979 military conflict in Dulce, New Mexico. If the latter is true, then Wolf was instructed by his "controlled leak" handlers to include certain inaccuracies (misinformation) in his book. This disinformation strategy should strengthen the case for "plausible deniability" if the government ever decides to confirm Wolf's information. In an interview, Wolf admitted that he worked in the laboratory in Dulce, which again confirms the existence of this secret underground base and Bennewitz's claims.

Another truth-seeker who presented evidence of the existence of a joint US-CC base and the “military conflict in Dulce” is Bob Lazar. Lazar participated for several months in 1988 at the S-4 base in Nevada in work on the restoration engineering of the propulsion and power systems of extraterrestrial vehicles. In an interview, he describes the details of his biography as follows: “I have two academic degrees: one in physics, the other in electronics. I wrote them theses on MHD, what magnetohydrodynamics is. I worked for several years at Los Alamos, first as a technician and then as a physicist in the Polarized Proton Section, dealing with the accelerator here. I was hired on S-4 as a staff physicist to work on the gravitational propulsion system and everything associated with it."

Lazar revealed that during the preliminary briefing he was required to read 200 pages of special documents that were supposed to prepare him for the job. He remembered that these documents mentioned a battle between aliens and people on secret base in 1979. He said the conflict was caused by a base guard trying to smuggle weapons into the alien sector. Lazar's recollection of the contents of secret documents he read in 1988 likely relates to the 1979 Dulce skirmish.

To summarize, the strongest evidence for Bennewitz's claims comes from:

Testimony of Thomas Castello about his work and escape from the underground base in Dulce after observing human rights violations there;

Testimony of Phil Schneider, who was directly involved in the armed skirmish in Dulce;

Testimony of Mark Richards, a participant in the military clash between earthlings and aliens at the Dulce base in 1979;

Bob Lazar's recollection of the text of secret documents, which mentions a 1979 armed skirmish at a secret base between base security personnel and aliens;

Reports of abducted people who underwent hypnotic regression, and whose testimonies are recorded in the book "The Dulce Wars."

Moreover, the disinformation campaign launched against Bennewitz and the mysterious death of Schneider, which occurred shortly after his public statements about the existence of a secret underground base, are themselves proof that the evidence of truth-seekers about the existence of an underground base at Dulce and unprecedented violations of human rights there , have a serious basis."

And finally: today you can get acquainted with the structure of the Dulce base in almost all details. Remember, at the same time, the last episode from the above-mentioned film “Battle for the Future”, in which Mulder will save his partner from the depths of the Antarctic mobile base of non-humans...

Many researchers studying possible activities aliens, are confident in the existence of underground bases that have been equipped and used by aliens in different parts of the world. After all, on the open surface of the planet, such objects are easy to detect - and this means that representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations simply will not be able to work in conditions of necessary secrecy.

How plausible are the conclusions about aliens working underground?

Eyewitness accounts

In the late 1960s, American newspapers reported the story of a young man named Dan Henrikson, who went hiking in the mountains with his friends. Dan fell behind his squad, and two strange figures suddenly approached him. They took the young man to some mysterious apparatus, next to which he lost consciousness.

When the young man came to his senses, he saw that he was in a round dark room, and they leaned over him unknown creatures with big eyes and four fingers. Consciousness again left the unlucky tourist - and for the second time he woke up next to the entrance to the cave. It must be said that the caves in this place form a real labyrinth. The police found him almost immediately - it turned out that three days had passed since the guy went missing and his friends called for help. The young man's body was covered with small bleeding cuts.

The victim claimed that all this time he was somewhere underground - that is, if we are talking about the abduction of Dan by aliens (and this is precisely the idea that ufologists are inclined to), then their base was hidden in a labyrinth of caves.

A few years later, a similar incident occurred near the Californian city of Bishop. Amateur speleologists, the spouses Iris and Nick Marshall, explored a local cave and discovered an underground hall with smooth smooth walls on which strange signs were inscribed. Dim light penetrated into the hall from holes in the walls.

Nick and Iris tried to look into these holes - but in response, the growing sound of a siren was heard, and the vaults of the dungeon began to tremble. The couple lost consciousness, but before that they managed to notice that a huge door was opening in the back of the hall. Iris and Nick woke up in front of the cave entrance and found that all their equipment was gone.

English ufologist Timothy Goode conducted research in Puerto Rico and published the results in the books “Alien Base” and “The Threat of Invasion.” He interviewed local residents and found out that they often met aliens emerging from the ground and disappearing there.

One of the Puerto Ricans, Carlos Mercado, was taken by aliens to their underground base in 1988. According to Carlos, there was something like a factory there, where workers assembled strange devices. The aliens talked with Carlos and told him that this base exists to service their aircraft and that the main objective aliens - to study the life of earthlings.

Fighters for UFO protection

Residents of Tibet often observe unidentified flying objects that appear from underground. In 2013, the India Daily newspaper published an article about mysterious phenomena in the Ladakh region near the Kongka La mountain pass. It is under Indian control, and the nearby Aksai Chin region is part of the People's Republic of China. Journalist Sudhir Chada claims that somewhere in this place There is an underground alien base. He gives interesting facts.

In 1962, there was a border conflict in the Ladakh and Aksai Chin regions, but then the governments of India and China suddenly agreed not to lay claim to these territories. According to the journalist, this could be part of a conspiracy between the authorities of both countries with aliens, who were left alone.

It seems strange that neither India nor China show any interest in studying these areas of Tibet. These areas are closed to visitors; only military personnel and a few local residents are present there.

On December 27, 2012, a strong earthquake occurred in the areas adjacent to these areas of Tibet. Rumors immediately spread among the population that it was not accidental and was somehow connected with the activities of an underground alien base, since shortly before the disaster, UFO activity increased sharply.

Chinese and Indian Air Force pilots diligently fly around this area. According to them, in the air above it, the navigation instruments first turn off by themselves, and later, if the aircraft does not turn back, the engines fail.

An Indian television news program showed a story about how several triangular-shaped UFOs rose from the territory of Ladakh. They entered the space where local planes and helicopters can fly, they were accompanied by in-. Indian fighters, ready to shoot down any object that threatens humanoids.

And the India Daily newspaper accused the Indian and Chinese authorities of secretly colluding with aliens. Journalists suggest that the governments of both countries expect to receive new technologies from the aliens and therefore carefully guard their underground base.

Stolen reactor

In the US state of New Mexico, on the border with the state of Colorado, there is a military Dulce base. Researchers believe that on its territory there is another underground base of aliens who conduct biological experiments on people and animals there.

Sketch of the Dulce base, based on Jason Bishop's words

Since 1970, livestock has regularly disappeared here - and the sheep and cows found show sharp deviations from the normal state of the body, for example, a 70-fold excess of potassium content in the tissues.

In 1990, researcher Jason Bishop published his notes on visiting the area as part of a scientific team. He claimed that aliens who looked like Scandinavians lived here. The expedition members saw numerous UFOs and managed to approach the canyon wall from under which they flew out.

Another researcher, John Lear, having visited this place, claims that there are camouflage houses with tiled roofs on the surface, and the alien base itself is underground and has seven levels of depth.

John Lear said that he was able to communicate with aliens and learn their history. In 1979, the US military captured their hydrogen reactor, which was the size of a basketball, making it impossible for the aliens to escape. Then the aliens took 44 people hostage and demanded the return of the device. The Americans called in special commando units. As a result, both the hostages and 22 commandos were killed, and six more people were missing. The bodies of all the dead were destroyed by spontaneous combustion.

After this, the Americans put the Dulce base at the disposal of aliens and are protecting it from a possible invasion, observing a regime of increased secrecy.

Sinister experiments

In 1987, a former base security employee Thomas Castello handed over to the press more than 30 photographs and a selection of documentary materials about the Dulce base. They confirm the presence of seven underground levels, as well as over 100 secret exits from the branched cave labyrinth.

The base's staff consists of aliens and humans who work side by side with the aliens. The main goals of the experiments, according to Thomas Castello, are the development of methods of mind control and the creation of a human-alien hybrid. On the lowest, seventh level, there is a refrigerator with thousands of frozen human bodies and internal organs. There is also a storage facility for embryos obtained by crossing space aliens with earthlings.

Castello's materials and numerous interviews were published in a book called “Wars in Dultz.”

Some details about the work of the base were told to the press by another former employee, Frederick Atwater. According to him, people are abducted on earth for experiments, and the alien colony itself occupies huge spaces below, connected by elevators and tunnels.

All witnesses are unanimous in the opinion that the base exists with the knowledge of the American government and for its protection the United States receives new knowledge and technology from the aliens.

Is AIDS extraterrestrial in origin?

Another witness to the events at the Dulce base, engineer Phil Schneider, was one of those who participated in the 1979 battle and survived. In 1995, he gave a series of lectures on underground alien bases.

Seven months later, Schneider's body was found in his home. The engineer was strangled with a piano wire and brutally tortured before his death.

Murdered Phil Schneider

Shortly before his execution, Schneider reported that underground structures for aliens had been created by US Army units since the 1940s. A little later, the Americans came into contact with the aliens - and in 1954, the administration of President Eisenhower signed a cooperation agreement with them.

In return for the bases provided and permission to use abducted people and animals for experiments, the Americans received technologies that cause earthquakes, which were later tested in 1989 in San Francisco and 1995 in the Japanese city of Kobe.

Both natural disasters were extremely destructive large quantity buildings compared to similar incidents. Let us remember that many researchers also do not consider the 2012 earthquake in Southeast Asia to be accidental.

Also, according to Phil Schneider, it was using alien technology that in 1972 the AIDS virus was developed in a Chicago laboratory, the creation of which was made using biological secretions of aliens.

What actually happens in underground bases? It is known that there are more than 130 of them in the USA alone, they are located throughout the country, and many of them are connected to each other. And if the version of cooperation with aliens is correct, then representatives of extraterrestrial civilization have an excellent springboard for seizing power on our planet.
