Creativity requires only basic knowledge graphic editors and the free Gear Watch Designer SDK from Samsung.
I use free editor GIMP's basic installation. Gear Watch Designer on linux works almost the same as on windows (I don’t know how it works on MACs, I didn’t check it).
Be prepared that most of the time you will need to draw the background, hands and other details of your watch face, which will be used in the future. And then in Gear Watch Designer you will arrange all the prepared pictures as your heart desires.
