The education system in the Krasnoyarsk Territory is represented by institutions of all levels and types.

At the beginning of 2013, 66 institutions of primary vocational education, 37 institutions of secondary vocational education, and 2 institutions of additional vocational education, subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Science of the region, operated in the territory of the region.

The region interacts with 10 state institutions, including the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Siberian Federal University", and 1 non-state higher education institutions located in the region. 18 branches of other Russian universities also conduct educational activities in the region.

11. Forecast of summary indicators of government assignments

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Krasnoyarsk Territory delivers state assignments for the provision of public services (work) to 11 autonomous and 120 budgetary subordinate educational institutions.

SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE KRASNOYARSK REGION
The concept of long-term socio-economic development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2020, approved by Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 17, 2008 N 1662-r, defines the strategic goal public policy in the field of physical culture and sports - creating conditions that orient citizens towards a healthy lifestyle, including physical education and sports, developing sports infrastructure, as well as increasing the competitiveness of Russian sports.

Issues of the development of physical culture and sports are included in the Main Directions of Activities of the Government of the Russian Federation for the period until 2018, approved by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation D.A. Medvedev 01/31/2013 N 404p-P13.

The directions for the development of physical culture and sports until 2020 are established by the Strategy for the development of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation for the period until 2020, approved by Order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 08/07/2009 N 1101-r, and the state program of the Russian Federation "Development of physical culture and sports ", approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 15, 2014 N 302. The main expected end result of their implementation is the sustainable development of physical culture and sports, characterized by an increase in quantitative indicators and a qualitative assessment of changes occurring in the field of physical culture and sports.

To achieve the goal of state policy in the field of physical culture and sports by 2020, it is necessary to increase the number of citizens systematically involved in physical culture and sports. At the same time, it is necessary to solve the problems of preparing a sports reserve and developing elite sports.

It is planned that in general in the Russian Federation:

the share of citizens of the Russian Federation systematically involved in physical culture and sports will be 30% of the total population of the Russian Federation in 2015, and 40% in 2020;

the share of persons with disabilities and people with disabilities systematically involved in physical education and sports will be 10% of the total number of this category of the population in 2015, and 20% in 2020;

the share of pupils and students systematically involved in physical education and sports will be 60% of the total number of pupils and students in 2015, and 80% in 2020;

The level of provision of the population of the Russian Federation with sports facilities based on the one-time capacity of sports facilities will be 30% in 2015, and 48% in 2020.

The development of mass physical culture and sports in the Krasnoyarsk Territory is carried out through the formation of a network of sports clubs at the place of residence of citizens. As of July 1, 2014, there were 427 sports clubs operating in the Krasnoyarsk Territory at the place of residence of citizens. In order for the process of creating a network of sports clubs at the place of residence of citizens to be comprehensive, a specialized website has been created on the Internet information and telecommunication network with the address www.sportclub24.ru, the “My Sports Yard” Spartakiad and advanced training courses for employees of sports clubs are held annually. at the place of residence of citizens, regional reviews and competitions among sports clubs at the place of residence of citizens, among instructors of sports clubs at the place of residence of citizens, a methodological manual has been prepared on the creation and activities of sports clubs at the place of residence of citizens.

As of July 1, 2014, 50,108 people are involved in sports clubs at their place of residence in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, which is 7.1% of the total population of the Krasnoyarsk Territory who are systematically involved in physical education and sports.

In the municipalities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, more than 5,000 physical education and sports events are held with a total number of participants exceeding 360,000 people.

At the beginning of 2014, the number of sports facilities various types in the Krasnoyarsk Territory (from flat sites built using economic methods to complex sports facilities) amounted to 5,787 units.

As part of the implementation of the long-term target program "Children" for 2010 - 2014, approved by Decree of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory of November 23, 2009 N 600-p, 130 modern sports yards and sports grounds were built on the bases of educational organizations of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Sports equipment was purchased for 380 educational organizations in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, which made it possible to improve the level of provision of general education organizations in the Krasnoyarsk Territory with sports equipment from 52% to 60%.

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as of December 31, 2013, 24.7% of the population of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (704,410 people) were systematically engaged in physical culture and sports, which is 9.8% more than as of December 31, 2008 (14.9% of the population of the Krasnoyarsk Territory , or 430930 people).

In general, with significant, consistently positive dynamics in the share of the population of the Krasnoyarsk Territory systematically involved in physical culture and sports, registered in the period from 2009 to 2013, at the end of 2013 the Krasnoyarsk Territory for the first time reached the Russian average value of this indicator.

As a result of the implementation of federal, regional, municipal target programs, as well as from extra-budgetary sources, 415 sports facilities, including more than 20 indoor sports facilities, were put into operation, reconstructed and taken into account in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, which made it possible to increase the number of sports facilities from 5309 units in 2008 to 5,787 units in 2013, the one-time capacity of sports facilities - from 129,887 people in 2008 to 143,767 people in 2013, the level of provision of the population of the Krasnoyarsk Territory with sports facilities based on the one-time capacity of sports facilities - from 23.66% in 2008 to 26.52% in 2013.

As of January 1, 2014, there were 120 additional education organizations operating in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, implementing educational programs in the field of physical culture and sports for children. The number of children studying in children's and youth sports schools and specialized children's and youth sports schools of the Olympic reserve as of January 1, 2014 amounted to 64,200 people.

The number of state institutions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory that train members of sports teams of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and are provided with high-tech equipment for conducting training events as of January 1, 2014, amounted to 17 units.
