Clients are legal entities who received the right to use a subscriber number in the velcom network as a result of concluding new agreements for the provision of telecommunication services under tariff plans (hereinafter referred to as TP) “Corporate Smart500”, “Corporate Smart1000”, as well as those who reissued previously concluded agreements or changed TP with choosing the “Corporate Smart500” or “Corporate Smart1000” TP.

Subscriber is a user of communication services under the terms of an agreement concluded between the client and the company under the “Corporate Smart500” or “Corporate Smart1000” tariff plan, to which a subscriber number is allocated.

1. Monthly on subscription fee(hereinafter - AP) TP "Corporate Smart500", "Corporate Smart1000" includes minutes of outgoing voice traffic (hereinafter - traffic), which are spent according to the procedure for providing outgoing voice traffic included in the subscription fee / provided without payment, while the minutes included in AP TP "Corporate Smart1000" is not spent on calls within a closed subscriber group.
2. Outgoing calls within a closed subscriber group are provided to subscribers in accordance with the procedure for the provision of services under velcom corporate tariff plans.
3. Subscribers are automatically connected to package 750 of the “Mobile Internet” service and provided without a subscription fee and without additional Internet traffic package 750 included in the AP.
4. Every month, the subscription fee for the “Corporate Smart500” TP includes 500 MB of Internet traffic, and the “Corporate Smart1000” TP includes 1,000 MB of Internet traffic. After using the megabytes of Internet traffic included in the AP, subsequent Internet traffic is paid in accordance with the tariffs of package 750 of the Mobile Internet service.
5. Subscribers have the opportunity to change package 750 of the “Mobile Internet” service to packages of 1500 or 3000. Changing the package of the “Mobile Internet” service occurs in accordance with the procedure for providing the “Mobile Internet” service by IP Velcom.
6. Packages 1500 and 3000 of the Mobile Internet service are provided with a subscription fee and an additional number of megabytes included in the subscription fee of the packages.
7. Non-voice traffic included in the AP is provided within 24 hours after the TP change.
8. When changing to other TPs of the company, the Mobile Internet service will be disabled, and non-voice traffic will be cancelled. After changing the TP, the subscriber has the opportunity to activate the Mobile Internet service independently. In this case, non-voice traffic provided for in the new service package is provided to the subscriber within 24 hours from the moment the service is assigned.
9. When changing the tariff plan between “Corporate Smart500” and “Corporate Smart1000”, as well as when returning to the “Corporate Smart500” or “Corporate Smart1000” tariff plan from another tariff plan within a month, the subscriber will have access to the remainder of the traffic unused during the month until the end of the month time spent on the “Corporate Smart 500”/ “Corporate Smart1000” TP.
10. Subscribers can change their TP to other TP of the company valid at the time of the change, and also subscribers of other TP can change their TP to the “Corporate Smart500”, “Corporate Smart1000” TP as follows:
10.1. ISSA Administrator;
10.2. on the basis of a standard application issued at the company’s sales and service centers and the offices of official attorneys.
11. The company has the right to unilaterally change this Procedure by publishing changes on the company’s official website www.site.
12. In everything else not regulated by this Procedure, the client and the company are guided by the provisions of the agreement concluded between the client and the company, as well as the procedure for the provision of services under velcom corporate tariff plans.

The tariff increase will affect the subscription fee of tariff plans, outgoing national voice calls, international calls (except for the PRIVET line), tariffs for special and Additional services, premium SMS, data services and roaming.
