A section of an electrical box for wiring was used as a housing for the backlight unit. It can be purchased at an electrical store for almost a penny. The section (height*width) of the box was chosen as small as possible, look at several options and take the one that suits you. By the way, here you can turn on your imagination and use something else that is suitable in size as a case. I settled on an electrical box, due to its availability, I didn’t want to invent something special: all the same, the backlight housing itself under the tabletop will be almost invisible.
