Highway p9 and p9 lite. Huawei P9 Lite smartphone test: smart savings

Huawei P9 Lite was officially announced in the spring of 2016. This smartphone is a lightweight version of the famous flagship P9. This device has lost somewhat in terms of power relative to its older brother, but has successfully retained the overall design and some unique features.

Appearance and ergonomics

Matte plastic with texture adorns the back of the Huawei P9 Lite, which looks very stylish. There is a side metal frame. Moreover, all the corners of the body are rounded, and the edges are beveled. The smartphone is thin and attractive, but somewhat spoils appearance translucent insert at the back, which is why it’s glossy here. The fingerprint scanner is located on the back, it is implemented in the shape of a square. The memory card slot is already customarily combined with a second SIM, and the volume buttons are made of plastic. The device does not tire your hand at all and is truly a pleasure to use. Moreover, thanks to its excellent ergonomics and compact size, the gadget will fit in any palm. Dimensions of P9 Lite: height - 146.8 mm, thickness - 7.5 mm, width - 72.6 mm, weight - 147 g. Colors - silver, gold, black and white.

Display

The smartphone has a 5.2-inch screen with optimal dimensions. The viewing angles of this IPS matrix are very good, and the Full HD resolution only adds to the believability. The picture is rich and moderately juicy. But the brightness is a little lacking, especially noticeable in the sun. This display is covered with 2.5D glass, which looks really impressive.

Hardware and performance

Since the P9 Light still seems to be a mid-level device, the processor here is appropriate. We are talking about the Kirin 650 chip, which is made using the latest 16-nm process technology. The processor with eight cores can be overclocked to a frequency of 2000 MHz, and the Mali-T830 MP2 video chip is designed to accelerate graphics. The standard set includes 2 GB of RAM, as well as 16 GB of internal storage. Memory expandable up to 128 GB MicroSD cards. The advantages of the EMUI 4.1 shell and operating system are actively used here Android systems 6.0.

Thanks to modern hardware, there is no slowdown in the operation of the smartphone. At the same time, Huawei P9 Lite scores about 53,000 points in the AnTuTu test. In games, certain problems can only be observed in very demanding projects. If you lower the graphics level a little, then even the coolest toys will run perfectly smoothly.

Communication and sound

The Huawei P9 Light has amazingly high-quality speakers. The melodies became not only clearer, but also louder. The situation is similar with listening to music through headphones. And with the help of an equalizer you can easily enhance the bass or volume of the sound. The gadget supports standard networks, as well as LTE Cat 4.

Camera

The P9 Lite comes with a 13-megapixel camera. The user will be able to find many shooting modes, where there is even professional tools. A good level of detail in the photo is complemented by good color rendition. Very fast focusing instantly finds the subject in the frame. The device has a flash, but at night the pictures are somewhat noisy. Thanks to the capabilities of the 8-megapixel front camera, you can always experiment with self-portraits.

conclusions

What does a user get for 20,000 rubles? A solid middle peasant with great ambitions. The P9 Lights comes with a charging unit, instructions and micro-USB cable, as well as a branded headset. The smartphone successfully retained the wonderful design of the flagship, and also acquired, although not powerful, modern hardware that makes the device work quite quickly.

Pros:

  • Fast fingerprint scanner.
  • Juicy screen.
  • Attractive appearance.
  • Great sound.
  • Beautiful shell.

Minuses:

  • There are problems with night photography.
  • Not enough memory.

Video reviews

Let us remind our dear readers that we have already had the honor of getting acquainted with the new flagship Huawei P9 - and, moreover, we even gave it a medal “For Innovation and Design”. The smartphone turned out to be really cool - cute, powerful and with an excellent camera. It costs, however, an unusually high price for a Chinese smartphone: about fifty thousand rubles. For everyone who wants a simpler gadget that looks about the same, Huawei just made the P9 Lite - a simplified version of the current flagship.

If we usually list all the advantages of a gadget in the introduction to the material, this time we want to focus on what the P9 Lite does not have in comparison with its older brother. The smartphone is built on a more modest system-on-a-chip (Kirin 650 instead of the monstrous Kirin 955), lacks a dual camera and a newfangled interface USB Type-C. The volume of both built-in flash memory and RAM has also been reduced. And at the same time, the P9 Lite body is half a millimeter thicker than the body of the original version. In general, they took away all of the gadget’s main features and made regular smartphone middle price category. But the price has also been reduced significantly - you will have to pay about 20-25 thousand rubles for a smartphone. At the same time, the P9 Lite is still not so weak: an eight-core system-on-a-chip, a 5.2-inch Full HD display (just like the original) and a fingerprint scanner. The smartphone is worth a closer look, especially for those who are not used to throwing money away.

⇡ Appearance, ergonomics, fingerprint scanner

The device is made in a style characteristic of the Huawei P line: a recognizable rectangle with rounded corners and a wide, stylized metal edging running along the edges of the case.

The smartphone weighs moderately - 147 grams, the hand does not get tired of it, the thickness is standard - 7.5 millimeters. The dimensions are quite acceptable by current standards - the smartphone fits in most pockets and does not stick out from them.

Huawei P9 Lite fits comfortably in the palm of your hand and looks very attractive. But operating it with one hand is no longer very convenient, and the design completely evokes a feeling of deja vu - the smartphone is similar to both Huawei P8 Lite and Huawei P9, however, it is also not very different from Huawei P8.

Dimensions of Huawei P9 Lite: 146.8 × 72.6 × 7.7 mm, it is similar in size to Sony Xperia Z3+, but slightly inferior to it, and in comparison with Samsung Galaxy J3 it is thinner and taller. The weight of the device is 145 grams, which is not much; the 5-inch Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE500KL weighed the same.

The design of the smartphone is attractive, but not original - it can’t be immediately distinguished from either its predecessor or its older brother. Only small details have changed, such as the design of the keys, the texture of the back, or the appearance of the lens. The front panel does not evoke any emotions at all; you can only note the Huawei inscription and the black frames around the display - this is already a typical way to make the side frames visually thin (they are not visible when the display is turned off). Speaking of frames, they are really not that thick, the ratio of screen area to device surface is about 70%, a good indicator. The side edges are made of metal; these are not just stylized plastic inserts. Back panel smooth, but not slippery, visually again not very noticeable. On it you can see a logo with the inscription Huawei, but this same inscription is already on the front panel; it is not clear why it is also here. In addition, on the back you can note a square fingerprint scanner and a sticky strip on top. Purely subjectively, the surface seemed unpleasant to the touch, especially that very strip on top - as if you were touching jelly that had dried out a couple of months ago.

The materials of the smartphone body feel reminiscent of the metal Samsung Galaxy A3. But unlike it, the body of the lightweight P9 Lite is made not of metal, but of matte plastic, with the exception of the side frames. It scratches easily, but overall the build quality is quite high for a thin case.

Huawei Honor The P9 can be purchased in three colors - black, white and gold.

Screen - 4.8

The Huawei P9 Lite phone has a high-quality 5.2-inch display, it is clear and bright, but with a slightly elevated color temperature. However, you can adjust it to your taste using the image settings.

The display has a high Full HD resolution (1920×1080 pixels). The image on this screen looks very clear, because the pixel density is 424 ppi. Making the resolution higher is basically useless; the eyes simply wouldn’t notice the difference. The screen has a very effective oleophobic coating - it barely gets dirty and is easy to wipe off. Viewing angles are good, but average by the standards of IPS matrices. The brightness range is quite large - from 10 to 510 cd/m2, on a sunny day the screen is quite easy to read. In the dark, the screen is also comfortable and does not dazzle the eyes too much. The smartphone is equipped with an auto-brightness function; it works quickly, but tends to save money - we always wanted to add a little more brightness to make the display a little more readable. The image contrast is average, 900:1, slightly worse than that of Huawei Honor 7. The color gamut covers 100% of the standard and even “falls” far beyond it, apparently claiming to be something between the sRGB gamut and the wider Adobe RGB. The color temperature turned out to be somewhat high - 8400 degrees, which makes the image look a little cool. But you can always correct it in the screen settings, choosing not only on the “warmer/cooler” scale, but also with shade options. The color accuracy of the display was high level, no obvious deviations were noticed, only a slight tint of blue. At the same time, the colors of the phone interface itself (shortcuts and desktop) look a little pale, but it is quite possible that this was intended. Separately, we note such an important plus as the glove mode - if you turn it on, the screen becomes very sensitive, which will allow you to work with it outdoors even in cold weather.

Camera

Huawei Honor P9 Lite received only average cameras of 13 and 8 MP, not so different from Huawei P8 Lite (and perhaps even the same). They will be able to take a good side shot, especially in good lighting, but are inferior to flagship solutions.

A serious change in terms of cameras affected the interface, and, in our opinion, not for the better or for the worse, but really, just somewhere to the side. Previously, the main settings were accessible directly from the main screen, but now they need to be pulled out to the side with a “swipe”. Pull from the left edge of the screen - you will get to the shooting mode selection window, pull from the right to the left - you will get the settings yourself. It’s difficult to give such changes any assessment, it’s not for everyone, but at first it’s a little confusing. As for the settings themselves, they are quite rich - there are a number of simple filters, HDR mode, “Tasty Food”, panorama shooting, slow-motion shooting, decoration mode and “Light”. Only the last mode is unusual here - it is needed to photograph light sources in the dark with a long shutter speed of up to 30 seconds. True, so that the photo does not turn out to be too blurry, you will need a tripod - an ordinary “accessory” for a camera, but unusual for a phone. The camera is also equipped with a professional mode, and in it you can change quite a lot of parameters manually:

  • ISO (100 to 1600)
  • Metering method (spot, center-weighted, matrix)
  • White balance (5 options plus Auto)
  • Exposure (from - 4 to +4)
  • Focus (Auto or manual)
  • Shutter speed (from 1/4000 to 8 sec).

The capabilities are quite wide for the price category of the phone, especially in terms of shutter speed. But if we talk about the quality of the images, then it is average for the resolution of the cameras. This is even a little sad, after the high-quality cameras in the Huawei P9, you also expect something cool from the P9 Lite. But here everything is quite ordinary - a medium-sized 1/3″ sensor with 1.12 micrometer pixels and an f/2.0 aperture is used. The level of detail is standard for a 13 MP resolution, focusing is quite fast (about a second), and most importantly - usually accurate. During the day, the camera takes pictures quite well; noise and blur can only be seen by zooming in on the image. But in the evening and at night, like most cameras in this price range, the picture is covered in noise. The smartphone can shoot video up to Full HD resolution (1920×1080 pixels). The camera also has a slow-motion video mode at 120 frames per second, but the resolution drops to a ridiculous 640x480 pixels. It’s simply unrealistic to seriously shoot something in this quality. The camera does not have tracking autofocus, but you can “tap” on an object, in which case the device will try to keep it in focus. Moreover, unlike its predecessors, this function has begun to work more or less adequately - it does not lose the desired object so often and actually somehow monitors it.

The front camera immediately received 8 MP, but they are not used very effectively. This allows you to get more details in the light, but all this gain is lost in poor lighting; indoor selfies no longer look very good if you zoom in on the image. The camera does not have a separate flash, but if necessary, the display itself can illuminate your selfie in the manner of Retina Flash on the iPhone 6s.

Working with text - 5.0

Huawei P9 Lite comes pre-installed with two keyboards: the standard one from Google and Huawei Swype. The first one can be called typical, it does not have additional character markings, but there is support for continuous input and switching between languages using a separate key. The proprietary keyboard is also interesting; in addition to the same functions, the icons with the keys also have markings of additional symbols and a whole bunch of other things. For example, showing the trajectory of finger movement, adjusting the keyboard height, fonts and special gestures for control. The only thing we didn’t like was switching between languages - this is done by holding down the spacebar and “swiping” up and then selecting a language from the drop-down list.

Internet - 5.0

Huawei P9 Lite comes pre-installed Google browsers Chrome and Opera. The first one is available on most Android devices, but all others can be compared with it. Its main feature is that it eats up a lot of RAM, but also works quite quickly. In addition, it allows you to synchronize tabs with the desktop version of the browser. But Opera has its own features, such as auto-fitting page text to the width of the screen and an express panel with icons of sites that interest you.

Communications - 3.8

The communications set of Huawei P9 Lite can be called almost top-end:

  • Wi-Fi b/g/n with Wi-Fi Direct and the ability to distribute Internet
  • Bluetooth 4.1 with low power consumption and A2DP profile
  • LTE Cat support. 6 (up to 300/50 Mbit/s)
  • A-GPS with GLONASS support
  • NFC chip
  • FM radio (headphones are required for this to work).

The only really notable things are the NFC chip and high-speed LTE. Otherwise everything is pretty typical - simple wifi and a Micro-USB 2.0 connector without OTG or Host support for connecting peripherals.

Multimedia - 4.4

The Huawei P9 Lite smartphone supports most audio and video codecs and provides quite good quality sound.

The phone plays music in FLAC and many other formats, but cannot cope with AC-3 (by the way, most smartphones “don’t like” it). The built-in video player is ready to play almost anything, be it 2K, 4K, TS, RMVB or any other format.

The Huawei P9 Lite comes with a proprietary audio player pre-installed, but there are almost no settings in it. There is not even an equalizer, which, by the way, was in the same player on the Honor 5X. Apparently they considered it unnecessary? The only outlet is that when you connect headphones, you can enable the SWS (Super Wide Sound) function, which improves the sound quality, making it more spacious. The pre-installed video player also failed to please with any features other than the same SWS and watching movies in a separate small window (a dubious pleasure for a not very large screen). By and large, it can only play videos or... not play.

Battery - 2.8

The battery life of the smartphone can only be called average, which is a bit unflagship-like. We had enough for about a day of work, no more.

Despite the fact that the battery capacity has increased from 2200 mAh to 3000 mAh, the battery life of the phone remains approximately the same. It looks like all the battery gain has gone into a brighter, clearer screen. When watching HD video, the smartphone lasts 6 hours 24 minutes, an average result, almost like the stylish Lenovo Vibe X2 or the large Huawei Honor 4X. In music listening mode, the smartphone lasted for 45 hours, a rather modest result, comparable to Asus Zenfone 2 Laser, but almost half the size of the LG Nexus 5X. However, Huawei P9 Lite performed well in other tests. Thus, an hour of running the GeekBench Battery Test discharged the battery to only 10% of charge, which is only better for long-lasting smartphones like Huawei Honor 4C Pro. An hour of playing Thumb Drift “eats” 26%, that is, you can expect about 4 hours from the phone battery life in games. Shooting a 10-minute HD video took only 4% of the battery, which is a much better result than average.

In daily use, the Huawei P9Lite was enough for us for a day, no more. Like all smartphones, there is a power saving mode. When you turn it on, you get a black and white “dialer” with SMS messages; all other functions become unavailable.

Performance - 3.3

Huawei P9 Lite has had enough powerful filling, especially compared to its direct predecessor. The phone's performance is enough for the interface to work smoothly and solve most tasks, except, perhaps, heavy and demanding games.

The smartphone received a fairly powerful eight-core HiSilicon Kirin 650 processor, four cores of which operate at a frequency of up to 1.7 GHz, and the remaining four - up to 2.0 GHz. It is interesting that the company does not position the chip as a top-end one; it is even considered quite budget-friendly (it will be used, for example, in Huawei Honor 5C), but at the same time it is capable of providing above-average performance. It is also curious that the processor is made using a thin 16 nm technical process, that is, Huawei keeps up with the times. Huawei P9 Lite received 2 GB of RAM, there are also versions with 3 GB of RAM, but it seems they will not reach Russia.

In daily use, Huawei P9 Lite performs well; its power is enough to operate a heavy proprietary interface. The only problem for him is heavy games (for example, Asphalt 8). At maximum graphics, the smartphone slows down, and quite noticeably, but at medium and low graphics, the race is already going smoothly. Average games like Minion Rush or Thumb Drift run quickly and without visible problems. At the same time, the smartphone hardly heats up - after an hour of continuous operation, the body temperature did not exceed 43 degrees at its hottest point.

In various benchmarks, Huawei P9 Lite showed results at a level between average and flagship:

  • Geekbench 3 (processor test) - 3995 points, only a hundred or something inferior
  • Ice Storm Unlimited by 3DMark (graphics) - 11586, higher than the stylish Lenovo Vibe Shot
  • AnTuTu 6.0 (mixed test) - 52999 points, comparable to Meizu MX5.

Memory - 4.0

Volume permanent memory Huawei P9 Lite is 16 GB, of which about 10.3 GB is available to the user. This is an average figure, exactly the same as you will get on the budget Honor 4C Pro. If you will be taking a lot of photos or downloading large programs, then you will need a memory card slot (you can add up to 256 GB at once). It’s convenient that you can store not only photos and videos on the card, but also many applications.

Peculiarities

The Huawei P9 Lite phone received all the latest - latest android 6.0 and version of the proprietary interface EMUI 4.1. What's special about the phone is the fingerprint scanner, new system And functional interface. In addition, we note the presence NFC chip, fast LTE, support for two SIM cards, and a non-separable body.

An unpleasant feature is the so-called combination slot, into which you can choose to insert either a memory card or a second SIM card. Needless to say, the user prefers not to make such a difficult choice, but to have both at once.

As for the updated interface, it has its own oddities. The camera application has become different, the proprietary browser and some interesting management features have disappeared somewhere, like double tapping on the screen to unlock. The settings have become more confusing, there are fewer different options, it feels like something is often simply missing. For example, the battery manager is not accessible directly from the settings window, fortunately, in this case there is a search window in which you can find all the mysteriously “missing” items.

But it is not all that bad. The phone has a fingerprint scanner, which works almost instantly. Moreover, you can use it not only for unlocking, but also for control. So, with its help you can shoot, answer incoming call, open the notification panel or scroll through photos.

Experience of use 4 days. Overall happy with the purchase.
The device is monolithic and looks solid.
It fits well in the hand (subjectively).
The charge lasts in my case for about 2 days, when using medium intensity (and this is with standard settings).
Doesn't slow down.
Everything is fine, only the power button on the right is annoying, MB this will go away with time...)))
Doesn't look like a "shovel".
Even with its disadvantages, the device deserves a solid “5”.
I recommend for purchase.
I bought it from the officials for 19990.

Advantages:

Display. Ring volume. Vibration alert power. Due to the built-in battery there are no backlashes. Android 6.0

Flaws:

The power button is on the right, pressed at any opportunity. Built-in battery (although it’s more like a “+” - see “Advantages”). Second slot for a memory card or SIM (for that kind of money they could make a separate slot for a memory card). Gets a little warm streaming video(like everything actually).

I'm completely satisfied for now at least. I use 17 hours of a few videos, SMS calls, a little music and other things, 65% of the charge is cool in my opinion. In sleep mode it hardly consumes charge.

    Advantages:

Interesting design and the rear plastic monolithic cover looks great, does not slip, is not heavy and not light, just right for me. The screen is good, I did not notice any problems in the sun, and the sensor works great compared to the old S4 mini. The loudspeaker is louder than average. The operating speed is acceptable antutu more than 50000. I haven’t played games. Not many applications are installed. There is a fingerprint sensor, but it’s not relevant for me yet. Installed on Android 6 branded shell At first it’s not familiar, but everything is very well thought out (if there was a choice of shell now, I would have stayed on it) Wifi speed at home is 85 round trip with a tariff of 90.

    Flaws:

When playing a video, the sound is weak. Although the videos on YouTube scream normally. And the camera was defined as average in reviews. I would say normal.

Huawei has almost all devices with an ideal combination of price and quality. I really liked them before Sony lines Z, but was disappointed. In February I bought P8 lite as a second phone, but it quickly became my main one.
The purchase of p9 was spontaneous, but it is almost ideal for me personally.
The back cover is made of excellent quality plastic, a bunch fine adjustments. Excellent communication level and connection speed.
This phone has NFC, which is important to me. Good camera. Smart flies, all applications go with a bang.

    Advantages:

Screen, materials, connection quality, connection speed, tactile sensations, screen, NFC

I liked this smartphone. If it were cheaper, it would be a bestseller. The Chinese are making progress! Let's see how and how long it lasts! I advise you to take a closer look at Huawei P9 Lite - a very interesting device!

    Advantages:

Great phone. Design, screen, hardware, firmware - super! I especially liked the firmware (I took Rosstest). In two weeks of intensive use and knowledge of this Chinese miracle, not a single failure! Almost doesn't heat up. The connection is excellent, LTE (4G) in Moscow and the region (Megafon) works great! The fingerprint scanner unlocks your phone instantly. The camera takes better pictures than Sony Xperia Z1 Compact (previously) - that's for sure. My battery sometimes lasts up to two days, which I think is a good indicator.

    Flaws:

I didn’t like the power button, it’s very easy to press and I keep touching it. Charges from 0 to 100% - 3.5 hours.

The gadget is great for those who don’t need to drive and don’t worry about having to use two hands to perform the main task, making a call.
If only they had done a little less and there would have been champions!

    Advantages:

Build quality, battery life is excellent, the iPhone shell is cool, the sound is loud, communication is excellent, good gadget

    Flaws:

A gadget but not a phone... because the phone should be comfortable to hold in your hand, but this is a shovel. Well, it’s not normal to do something, make a call, write an SMS, you need to use two hands, explain how to use it GENERALLY while driving?
The notification icons are so small that you need to constantly open them to understand what is happening, mail or Wi-Fi connection is working, a large screen and small icons is not normal. There is a one-handed mode, but it is wildly inconvenient....

I'm using it for the second day. I ordered from a messenger, they delivered it from Moscow, because... they were not yet available in Yekaterinburg at the time of purchase. My expectations were fully met.

    Advantages:

Excellent materials, looks very presentable, loud speaker (compared to the p8 that came before). Huawei are generally good devices, my old one was stolen, when buying a new one I had almost no doubts about the choice of manufacturer. The native shell is quite usable. The fingerprint sensor is fast.

    Flaws:

The camera rattles if you tap the body with your finger. The original headset has a very thin wire at the base, it will quickly break if you carry it in your trouser pocket (as I understand, all Huawei devices have this problem)

I don't understand people who complain about
the fact that this smartphone does not hold a charge well and gets very hot. Buy any other smartphone, no matter how expensive or cheap it is, with a large battery capacity or a small one, with active use it will also heat up and will not last long.
The Kirin-650 processor and 2 GB of RAM are quite enough for surfing the Internet and for all existing games.
The shell is excellent, there is nothing superfluous. Everything is intuitive and simple.
    It never froze.
The front and main cameras are good, focus is fast. In flagships for 40 thousand and above, of course it’s better)
    The screen is bright.
    Loud and clear sound.
    4g connection works fine (megafon)
The phone fits comfortably in the hand and looks solid. Not a “shovel”
    The assembly is good.
The only frustrating thing is that there is no fast charging.
In general, the smartphone is excellent, and there are no complaints about it. It’s worth the money

    Advantages:

    Great design
    The camera is good
The fingerprint scanner is very responsive
    Sound at its best

The phone is very fast, beautiful in appearance, but knowing from the reviews of friends, the peculiarity of fragile screens Huawei immediately decided to buy a protective film (screen), etc. The model is still new, I immediately ran into the problem of having any accessories...
I recommend this phone to those who don’t want to overpay for the brand! Price quality perfect!

    Advantages:

excellent battery, charge lasts a long time
    bright, clear screen
    good camera

In general, positive impressions, but those who need a dual-SIM version need to think carefully

    Advantages:

Fast, the camera justifies its 13 pixels, thin and light, catches satellites with a bang, reception and sound are of high quality, an excellent choice in this price category

    Flaws:

I didn’t know that the second SIM card and memory card were in the same slot, in the end I got a single-SIM device since 16 gig memory is extremely small, the system takes up almost 6! The 128 GB memory card periodically falls off, I fix it by rebooting the phone. I’ll go to the salon in my free time to deal with this problem, several times I was completely frozen on the Yandex navigator

I was the happy owner of Huawei Honor 6. Ownership experience 1.5 years. Everything was fine on the phone. Updated independently as soon as new updates were released. Fast, camera, features, everything is 5+.
I saw the P9 lite in the new products, went and looked, held it in my hands, everything was fine. For three days I couldn’t decide to change, in the end I decided to change my Honor 6. I’m happy with the purchase, I bought it for 19,990 rubles.

    Advantages:

Screen, good camera, both rear and front.
Fingerprint scanner, you can register up to 5 fingerprints. Registered one at a time, right hand and left. Not bulky with a 5.2 diagonal. Fast, just like the previous Huawei Honor 6.

Display: I won’t write a bunch of letters, I’ll just say that the display is good, bright and of high quality, as it should be.
Battery: 3000 mAh, this charge lasts me 2 days (for the eyes), although I simply did not let it go for a month. At night, I switch the phone to energy-saving mode, where only call and SMS functions are available, during the night the device “eats” 1-2% of the total charge.
As I already wrote in the Advantages, I was pleased that it does not have unnecessary applications (comparing with Samsung), most applications are uninstallable, in general this is a big plus for me.

Before this I had a lot of smartphones, this is my first Huawei, before that I used the Samsyng Galaxy A5 2016, well, I can definitely say that I haven’t stood next to it, and even if it’s not completely made of metal and glass, but you’re holding in your hand not a piece of soap, which can’t be said about the above the specified model.
The phone is really good, I recommend it for purchase!
Respect to the Huawei company, well done, they will go far.

    Advantages:

Thin body, build quality is 5+, connection quality, battery lasts a day freely during intensive use. The display is no worse than any amalette displays, brightness with a margin and also for those who like to get confused there are transmission color settings, for me personally the settings are by by default they are quite satisfied! Still quite a lot important function such as working with gloves is a very necessary thing! My opinion better than a phone You won't find one for that kind of money. I changed 4 phones in 8 months.
I had Sony and Samsung and Motorola and Iphone 5s. The phone is really cool. I'm very pleased with the purchase. I never thought that I would say so many wonderful things about Huawei.

    Advantages:

The display here is simply gorgeous. Both resolution and viewing angles.
The sound is clear and loud, whether making a call, watching a video or listening to music. Everything about the headphones is decent.
Battery. I'm simply delighted with her. You can abuse your smartphone all day, and in the evening you will be surprised by the 30 you have left. If you use it less intensively, then even 2 days is not a problem for it. It only takes a long time to charge. Fat minus.
The shell here is unique and original. At first it wasn’t familiar, but now I can’t live without her.
Camera. not great, but very good. I'm certainly not an expert, but pictures for a smartphone for 19,990 rubles. Not very bad at all.
Design. matte back cover non-slip, metal frame, I advise you to immediately buy a case (it gets scratched). And the most important thing is that there is a good old screen here, and not 2.5 D. This is important for me.
The quality of mobile communication reception is beyond praise. To be honest, this is still Huawei. Almost all communication is tied to it.
Fingerprint. You can't go anywhere without him. I'm used to it and don't want to get out of the habit.

    Flaws:

It always tends to fall out of my hands, at least for me. Well, these are more nitpicks than shortcomings.

Great phone for the price! Well done Huawei.

    Advantages:

Excellent build quality, looks very solid. Keeps a good connection. Even when switching between 2G 3G and 4G there is no interruption. I was very pleased with the sound quality both in the headphones and through the speakers. The EMUI shell is very convenient. There is almost no unnecessary pre-installed software, and what is there can be removed without any problems. I was very pleased with the battery. There is not a single scratch on the protective glass after using it for about a month. Navigation is very fast, with the Internet turned on, it determines the exact location in a minute. The fingerprint scanner is almost instantaneous and, what’s important, you don’t need to unlock your smartphone; after placing your finger, the desktop immediately opens.

I use S6plus myself, my wife was looking for a phone up to 20 thousand rubles. she wanted a Huawei, in the end, after using it in the store, she decided to buy it, she was pleased with the screen, especially the colors, good sound, two SIM cards (albeit nano, had to be changed), the battery lasts a long time, the case is completely plastic, because of this the phone weighs very little, mediocre camera (maybe it seems so after mine), but you can only shoot in good lighting, the quality of the photos is average.

Suddenly the fingerprint scanner failed (two fingerprints were registered, neither worked), I couldn’t unlock the phone because... Forgot my password. I suffered all day, the phone was blocked for an hour every time. In the end, everything was resolved by resetting to factory settings. At first I wanted to stop using the scanner altogether, not to password-protect my phone, but it’s a shame to overpay for the scanner and give it up! I forgot the password - it was my own fault, but the scanner failed after a week and a half of use.
The LED is weak, small, and unusual compared to the Samsung S3.
I'm delighted with the shell and the number of themes, the icons change for each theme - it's very unusual and entertaining.
You can customize your phone and be happy, but sometimes everything is not so obvious, you have to look for advice on the Internet.
In the end, I’m still very happy with the phone, I don’t regret the purchase!

    Advantages:

    Design, shell, performance.
Sold immediately with protective film attached.

    Flaws:

Battery: lasts me about 3 days; I play games, watch YouTube, surf the Internet, talk on Skype, wifi is always on.
The back wall is plastic: I like metal better, but... I wear it in a transparent plastic bumper, it doesn’t matter.
I don’t have small hands; I can operate it with one hand without any problems. It will probably be more difficult for girls.
NFC: I still don’t understand the practicality of this technology, it’s more of a toy.

I took it from the officials. As part of the promotion they sent me a very good power bank and a transparent bumper. It took 3 days to get to Ryazan.
I've been using it for 2 weeks. I am very pleased with the purchase. Definitely worth the money.

    Advantages:

Screen: large, but within reason; large brightness range; FHD, which helps in work; oleophobic coating.
The signal sound: loud, even next to the roadway in the inner pocket of a down jacket you won’t miss the call.
Conversation sound: with a very good margin.
Multimedia sound: through the speaker and headroom is good, and the sound quality is acceptable.
Photo camera: realistic colors, focusing and shooting speed are good, many modes (I was especially pleased with the Pro mode in the dark).
Video camera: the shooting quality is acceptable, there is an electronic stabilizer.
Fingerprint scanner: no errors for me; I use it to unlock my phone and log into my mobile bank (very convenient compared to remembering passwords).
Android6+EMUI: a very ergonomic combination, there was never a desire to add or remove anything.
Communication quality: hasn’t let me down yet; Excellent performance compared to other phones.
GPS+GLONASS: EXCELLENT; I have never seen such a speed of searching for satellites on a cold start; in cloudy weather 20 sec.
Processor + Memory: personally, I have enough for everything (work, Internet, 3D games); No freezes, no brakes either.
Design: I have black, I personally am delighted; even the boss (walks with latest iphone) I was interested in what kind of mobile phone I bought.

    Flaws:

Photo camera: Photos are generally good, but there is some grain.
VR: cannot be used with VR glasses, is not compatible (there is vertical movement, but not horizontal movement).
Headset: talk only. It’s impossible to listen to music; no equalizer can help. I connected normal headphones - the sound was excellent.
Combined SIM+SD slot: it wasn’t a surprise, but we’re still not happy about the fact (we had to forget about the second SIM card).

I bought this model to replace the htc butterfly s, and unfortunately I was very disappointed... the camera is terrible, all the photos are blurry, the clarity is a problem... for me personally, the touch buttons (home, back and apps) are constantly showing, this could of course be the case habits... the screen, I had a 5D.... this 5.2 expected it to be bigger, the result is very small, why shorten it like that, it’s not clear (taking into account that the main buttons take up another centimeter)... but unfortunately and the quality is not so great... the charging socket is very inconvenient, it’s hard to insert and remove, it feels like it will break quickly... the device itself turned out to be not at all interesting and simple. I don’t recommend it, it’s not worth the money at all... I really regret the purchase.

In general, I thought for two weeks whether to take it or not. I don’t regret anything other than photography. Very good, fast, energy-intensive. I'm glad that the phone looks the same as my previous one. There is no need to get used to it. +/- is a fingerprint - it doesn't work 100%, don't even hope for it. Not very annoying, but not 5+ either. SIM/memory card slot - for some it may be a minus, for me it makes no difference at all.

    Advantages:

Battery. - In “smart” mode at 96% charge, it lasts 36 hours, in “energy saving” mode 96 hours, with energy-intensive applications turned off. I went to St. Petersburg from Moscow for three days, charged it only once on the first day at 50%, and because it was a trip, you never know it won’t last until the evening. In general, I took it off the charger in the morning on the second day, the second and third days passed, then I arrived in Moscow and another day passed, and this was not in “energy-saving mode.” I played games, surfed the Internet, and took a lot of pictures. There is still 20% left. My wife's iPhone 5s was charged 5 times)))

    Comfortable to hold. Nice build.

    Flaws:

Photography. - don’t say “what did you expect from a smartphone for 20 thousand.” The "Image Adjustments" menu covers the entire screen and you won't appreciate the changes during shooting. Don't buy this smartphone because of the photos. https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0NMzkYeANuUbm9VVmo5dkVHR2M - photo from the previous Ascend D2 model, which now costs probably 5 thousand. Three years ago I paid for 11,500. There the photo is much sharper, focuses much better, and the detail is much better better for macro photography.

The official representative sold it cheaper than many, plus for half the price a branded power bank and a case in one parcel, the total amount was 18

    Advantages:

price quality. namely quality. with similar characteristics you can buy a Meiza 3c for 8 times cheaper, but everything is a little bit worse there. I decided that for 16 p9 light is better and there are no compromises, everything is very high quality. For this price - I looked at everything - p9 is the best. My only regret is that I bought the black one, the white one is prettier. You'll have to buy a brown case.

    Flaws:

The case was sent in grey. and the Sony IMX214 camera is good. but not outstanding

Be sure to inspect the glass of the speaker and the logo for any unevenness before purchasing. How to do this - just look at the reflections in these areas, if it floats, the screen is defective. At first I thought that to hell with it, let it be crooked, because without reflection you would never guess, and as a result, on the fourth day, with a light touch of the floor, I caused a crushing crack across the entire screen. In general, curved glass is more susceptible to warping. Be careful.

In principle, with the exception of the glass, the phone is excellent - I was surprised by the sound quality and volume reserve, I was surprised by the camera and scanner, after five inches I can easily use it. There is no better price-quality ratio, and defects are found everywhere. Even Samsung and Apple.

It has no direct connection with the phone, but Huawei itself has only one warranty service center in the city, and that (usually) is that other office.

    Advantages:

Cool design, high quality sound, scanner, filling, good price, complete with case, film and headphones

    Flaws:

    Glass defect (more details below)
As for the rest, it was possible to put in 3GB of RAM, but this is nitpicking.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, I decided to write a review about this model. I bought it in one large network household appliances. For TWO months I was racking my brains about what to buy... I finally decided! I looked at other Chinese manufacturers and one Korean one. I had already decided to buy an apple, but the price tag stopped me. This smart really hooked me with its display. This is something. Even better than... well, you get the idea. Doesn't slow down, everything opens clearly and quickly. In two months I began to have a good understanding of modern models. Kirin 650 is far from top, of course, but it knows its stuff, IMHO it works faster than similar smarts on MTK. I haven’t tested the battery for endurance yet, I just unpacked it. Later I’ll write another review about the operation) Happy shopping and cookies everyone)

    Advantages:

Excellent screen when I chose it it just stuck)), good camera, fast

    Flaws:

A little heavy, but that's nitpicking

At the time of review I have been using it for 23 days. The phone is good, I switched to it from Samsung Galaxy S4 mini. Works well. It can handle the newest games, perhaps with minor occasional stutters, but the game is quite comfortable. If you want a modern, high-quality smart phone, you should buy it. The model turned out to be very successful indeed.
    _____________________
I've been using it for 3 months!
I really like how it holds the charge, it lasts for 1.5 - 2 days with the following mode of use: up to 2.5 hours of screen activity, Internet 4g or wifi constantly (switches itself), music 2-3 hours a day, 15-20 minutes of calls per day... In general, it’s good enough for me, as an average user! Playing a heavy toy with 100% will sit in 0% of hours in 4-5 somewhere...

A WELL BALANCED option for almost 17 thousand rubles.

    Advantages:

I was choosing between moto x play, meizu and xiomi. In the end, I took the Huawei P 9 lite and did not regret it.. The advantages include: not large sizes, well, a very thin body! Pleasant materials, the case does not creak or play at all. The screen has very good color rendition and viewing angles, it works quickly without glitches, the sensor recognizes 10 out of 10 touches! The rear camera is quite decent for such a price, and the front camera is generally 5. I can’t say anything about performance because... I don't play games. but judging by video reviews from YouTube, the smartphone copes with all the new toys. and the optimization is not bad; overnight the battery charge drops by a maximum of 2%.

    Flaws:

    There are still a few:
    - Volume and lock buttons create a “rattle effect”
    - few internal memory about 10GB is actually available (but it is possible to install a flash drive)

I bought the phone after reading reviews both here and on 4pda, overall this Huawei turned out to be one of the most optimal. There are nuances, but they are not critical and defects are not that common. Ideally, I would reduce the screen to 4.5-4.7 inches and add a slot for a SIM card and it would turn out to be a wonderful smart device in all respects.

    Advantages:

Relatively compact, the assembly is good, no cracks or other defects have yet emerged. The screen is normal, I liked the front camera, the main one is also okay. The battery lasts two days in my use, this is a good indicator. The sound in the conversational speaker is intelligible, the interlocutors are also not audible they complain. I really liked the fingerprint sensor, it works quickly and clearly, it’s actually a very convenient thing.

    Flaws:

They could have added a millimeter and a half to two millimeters in thickness, then the battery could have been installed larger and the phone itself would have been stronger. The combined slot for a SIM card or memory card is also not particularly pleasing. Well, the glossy insert on the back panel does not fit into the overall pretty strict design. The glass is not Gorilla and there is no information at all about its manufacturer.

Beautiful. Thin. Mine is gold in color. Looks expensive, convenient to use. Comes with a clip case (put it on right away) and protective film. The case is very nice. I ordered the covers from China. Arrived in 2 weeks. I don't use a fingerprint scanner. I've been using it for over a month. I'm very pleased.

    Advantages:

The screen is awesome, the connection is excellent, switches 2-3-4G instantly. Works smoothly and quickly. With not very intensive use, it lasts up to 3 days. It takes a long time to charge, but it’s not a problem for me - I charge it at night. I'm not a fan of selfies, but the selfies on this one are cool. The main camera is adequate for the price. Quite decent. The screen hardly gets dirty (good oleophobic coating).

    Flaws:

In my opinion there are none for this price.

I am a fan of Apple. Once upon a time I had an iPhone 4s, then I sold it, bought the simplest dialer and the functions of the smartphone were replaced by an iPad mini, but recently I needed a smartphone within 20,000, my eyes fell on this miracle. Reviews about it were extremely positive. I don’t know if I’m spoiled by the iPad or what, but I found more disadvantages. By the way, the combination of an old Nokia with two SIM cards, a separate mp3 flash drive and a flashlight and an iPad was much better than just this phone)))

    Advantages:

    Big screen, flash card,

    Flaws:

The battery is not very strong, with constant use it lasts a little less than a day, the screen blues a little, not noticeably, but if you post photos on Instagram, you will always want to add “warmth” to the photo. The camera is the most ordinary, not worse, but not better than competitors, of course, not an iPhone 6, but you can’t call it bad either. Often the network loses, like all four “sticks”, and people can’t reach you or the Internet connection is bad, you have to turn off and turn on your SIM card several times a day, it’s not difficult, but what the hell? Notifications come strangely, there will be sound but there is no suction window on top, or, on the contrary, the same pop-up window will be repeated at least 10 times until you read the messages. And the apogee of it all is android!! Android is ----- !! I pressed it almost in the wrong place and let’s say the picture I was looking at was lost or if it froze, it’s frozen, turning the screen off won’t work right away, you still have to wait. After my first experience using Android, I immediately understood why we pay extra for Apple, not just for the brand. In general, I will change to 5s. Although to be honest, among all the other androids for this money, I think this phone is the best.

I bought the phone back in June and after half a year of use I have never regretted purchasing it, although before that I only had Sony ones, good value prices and quality, I bought mine for 19,990, there is no overpayment for the brand and advertising, the same Samsung A5 has similar characteristics, but an order of magnitude higher in price, and with a quickly discharging battery

    Advantages:

bright clear display, capacious battery, which is very important for me, since I’m always on the phone and with active use (games, music, videos, social networks, Internet, etc.) the charge lasts me at least for at least a day, and even remains, excellent speakers, the sound is loud and clear, which is simple, that in the headphones, which by the way are included in the kit and in appearance and quality are not inferior to the iPhone's EarPods, and of course, the main camera takes excellent pictures, both during the day and at night poor lighting, before that I had a Sony Z1, its 21.7 megapixel camera didn’t take pictures like here 13, and as a girl, I’m very impressed by the 8 megapixel front camera and even with an LED flash, a very user-friendly interface, with its own built-in shell, and also very convenient location of the fingerprint scanner.

I spent a long time choosing a phone, and in the end I settled on this miracle. I reviewed all the reviews and a bunch of reviews and came to the conclusion that this is the optimal model in terms of the ratio of all characteristics and price. After the purchase, this thought was strengthened, it is truly a balance phone, which never once gave rise to the thought in my head “it would be better to buy something cooler.” Completely satisfied.

    Advantages:

    1. Battery (I charge it once every two days)
    2. Cameras
    3. Assembly: assembled very high quality, looks expensive, fits very nicely in the hand
    4. Works very quickly
    5. User-friendly interface
    6. Dimensions

    Flaws:

    1. The sensor once started to work crookedly in the cold (-3/-5 degrees)
    2. 4 G needs to be turned on with a separate button in the settings (not too annoying)
    3. If the internal memory was 32 GB, it would be more comfortable.

Not a clear impression from the phone.
The signal is received normally. browsers open quickly.
Everything about it seems to be normal and looks nice..but..
freezes...had to reboot several times over the course of a month.
very slippery case...the standard case does not help. I try not to pick it up again. I'm waiting for the silicone case.
block button. kapets. When talking, your finger hits it and a short press brings up 4 icons on the phone screen. one of the icons is reboot.. I have already rebooted the phone 2 times during a conversation!!
camera. smears constantly. It’s like you put your finger on an object and then look... out of focus.
video..this is a separate case. if proc. heated up, then I got a freeze in the recording... the sound is being recorded but the picture is frozen... and that's not all... at home, if the processor gets hot, then stripes will appear in the video... as if you were filming the screen of an old monitor... really not on this scale. The focus is constantly blurry during shooting... if an object starts moving towards you in the middle background... then the camera does not focus it and remains the same in the middle background. Well, the light sensor is also stupid.

To be honest, I took it because of the camera..to shoot a video..I knew it wasn’t top, so I got it..as they say, it’s not clear what..

I've been using the phone for 3 months and the longer, the worse my opinion of it.

    Advantages:

    Reacts quickly to fingerprint.
A huge number of filters for photos, a quite good front camera.

    Flaws:

A huge number of lags: the alarm clock rings for several seconds, when they ring, the screen is black - you can’t answer, it’s difficult to place the cursor, the cursor often appears far (very far) not where it’s needed, it accumulates all the open windows, and when you open them, you have just a white window without the ability to update and still get where you want and much more.

Taking into account the fact that I knew all the shortcomings, I chose it because of the price. A Samsung with such characteristics will cost more, and Sony will have worse battery life, and other Chinese have a worse screen.

    Advantages:

The screen is really good for such a price, there is an oleophobic coating. The battery holds normally, in cold weather the charge drops slowly. Performance is enough for everyday tasks.

    Flaws:

If you close your eyes to the battery, then the phone is of course just good. Simple inside and well thought out. Everything works clearly and quickly. Right now I have a Lenovo p70, I’ve been using it for a year, but here the screen is many times better, a very clear clear picture on the screen, and most importantly, a very clear and loud speaker when talking, everything can be heard clearly and loudly, and strangely enough, the Internet loads everywhere in the Moscow-Mytishchi direction, Perlovskaya-Mytishchi usually catches poorly. And all applications are awakened by the phone, if anyone understands what I mean, WhatsApp or Skype began to work adequately, well, maybe this is the merit of Android 6, of course. Looks very cool, thin, I have black. I didn’t see the benefit of the energy-saving settings, it just turns them off, but there’s no effect on the battery. The camera without twitching in the hands is very good, I liked it :-). And the front is very good and all this is bought with very good screen, it's just nice to watch. After Lenovo and LZH, the auto-tuning of the screen backlight is very cool, everything works somehow accurately and cleanly.

    Advantages:

nice phone, looks much more expensive, very black screen with a metal rim, thin, fingerprint is very fast and accurate

    Flaws:

The main and big drawback is the melting battery. It turns out that with inactive use from morning to evening. I don’t know who charges it once every two days, most likely it’s the creators who are lying, if they only put it in emergency mode. For example, I charged at 16-00, at 23-00 it was only 45 I called for 10 minutes, 10 photos, half an hour the Internet and was constantly on, I even turned off the HDD, flipping the screen and turning off synchronization. It has a function to turn off the Internet after turning off the screen. And then to no avail. In general, I can’t do anything. Per night 3-6 12 nights to 7 am. In general, anyone who switched, for example, from a Philips w6610 with a 5000 battery, which worked for 2.5-3 days, will be psychologically very uncomfortable, i.e. including me. Of course this pisses me off. I won’t say that everything works smoothly, but there are still brakes, somewhere stupid and signatures come out when switching between windows, there are long pauses, not always, but it happens often. On Black Friday I bought it for 12800, now it’s back to 16990

We bought this model for a friend on Black Friday under warranty. best price in one large network. Considering the discount, it turned out to be a “delicious price”. The joy of the purchase was overshadowed by the fact that the screen was defective. When installing the protective glass in two different places, they couldn’t stick it (bottom near the connector). As it turned out, a store employee confirmed that the screen has a bulge (unevenness). Huawei representative office in Russia this defect considered it not a problem and complacently offered a 500 ruble discount in company store. Funny. If I had taken it for myself, I would have returned it back with best wishes. Although maybe I can persuade her too.

The fingerprint scanner is clear and works great. The memory is through the roof, since I installed a 64GB SD card. By the way, you can transfer all games, applications, photos, videos, etc. to a memory card. The games are a blast. Clear phone number!

A lot has already been written here about the pros and cons. I’ll say right away that for me there are no cons.
    1. The quality of the connection is excellent. Before this I had a Samsung node 2, in an underground passage it lost connection in the middle of a conversation. With this phone I pass through an underground passage and talk.
    2.Android 6. It’s almost like you’re looking at an iPhone 6!)
    3. There is a radio. The reception is normal. I didn’t connect my original headphones. But they exist!). There is no radio on the iPhone.
    4. There is enough memory and processor to use office applications. I don’t play games, I can’t say anything here. But check my email, navigator, maps. Read a book. No problems. The screen is excellent. The resolution and color rendition are pleasant. The 5.2 diagonal is optimal for me. Not big and not small.
5.The case is thin 7.5mm. It’s even stylish. Not slippery. It’s nice to hold. The body is plastic, but is it worth worrying about? You can’t immediately understand that it’s plastic. It doesn’t creak or play. Monolithic. If you put it in a case, then the case doesn’t matter at all. It’s the glass that always breaks, not the case!)
6.Everything is in Russian, there were no glitches. Everything is very stable.
8.When there is an incoming call from notebook displays the full “last name, first name and patronymic” on the screen. The old Samsung didn’t do this. This is important for business calls.
9.Charging type: micro-USB. Current 1A. Suitable for many phones. You can always shoot... if necessary!)
    10. The charge holds perfectly. It will last from morning to evening for sure. Nowadays, you can’t count on more!
    11. I bought it on the official website of the manufacturer in early December for 15 rubles. There are discounts or some kind of promotions. The price at this moment is very competitive, like that of a gray phone. Plus, definitely RST. Important for me. Manufacturer’s warranty. Play market is worth it.
Excellent impression of a Chinese phone. Exceeded all my expectations. I will never buy a Samsung or iPhone again. Much more expensive, but it’s hard to say which is better!

    Advantages:

    Great phone for the money

I'm delighted with the handset. I myself have always used exclusively apple products, because once I picked up Tab2 and C3 I realized that everything that is not related to fruit is not very viable in principle. But as the years go by, Android faithfully not only copies, but also adds its own twists to the software. I can say with confidence that this is a truly worthy competitor.

    Advantages:

Fast work. Nice design. Long-lasting battery.

    Flaws:

    The camera was not impressive

I bought the phone at the end of September 2016. I took it instead of the LG E600. At first I doubted the purchase Chinese phone. At the moment I can say that the phone is excellent, I was even surprised. Not a single freeze during the entire period of use, memory is currently approximately 70% occupied. I constantly surf the Internet, Viber, WhatsApp, and email. Charging lasts for 2 full days. I don't play games, I can't say anything about using games. The camera is not bad, not to say that the quality is super.

    Advantages:

Bright and clear screen fast processor, not a bad battery.

    Flaws:

    Not enough memory

    a few months

    Advantages:

Looks cool. It's fast. The display is excellent.

    Flaws:

The battery is weak. And I didn’t like the camera. It doesn’t shoot well in the evening on the street.

I was choosing between MEIZU M3 NOTE and this model. As a result, my wife has MEIZU and I have HUAWEI. My wife is happy with her device, and I am happy with mine. If we compare them, then MEIZU is budget-friendly in everything: the display picture looks blue, the camera is frankly weak, the sound in the headphones is indistinct, the fingerprint scanner does not always accept its owner the first time, the quality of the mobile Internet is downright crap (it doesn’t want jump from 2G even if the 4G signal is six out of five possible, manually - please). Some glitches constantly pop up: either the selected ringtone will not work (the default one turns on), then the Wi-Fi will fall off, or something else... But the MEIZU looks much more solid and respectable than the HUAWEI: about 10 thousand more expensive.
In short, if content is more important to you than form, take HUAWEI; if you need a phone “for beauty,” take MEIZA. In terms of price and characteristics, they are approximately the same. But all the functionality declared by the manufacturer works well only with HUAWEI: there are no glitches, the camera is much faster, the Internet is more stable, and it has almost twice as much memory available to the user as MEIZU with the same total volume.
My next phone will probably also be from HUAWEI.

    Advantages:

The advantages of this particular model include almost all of its qualities, except for the location of the fingerprint scanner: excellent communication, excellent sound, a good camera. Of particular note is the function of automatically switching to mobile data transmission in the absence of Internet access in the connected Wi-Fi network (none of the Androids I know can do this anymore). Despite the weak battery, it can last a day and a half on one charge (my other Androids don’t last longer than 10 hours without charging).

    Flaws:

Fingerprint scanner location. Every time I ask the same question: “Is he behind me???” Well, it's inconvenient!
The LED indicator spoils the entire appearance. Shines "a la Ketai". The manufacturer seems to emphasize where the brand comes from. Clumsy, honestly.
The USB host does not seem to be supported (it did not accept a mouse or keyboard), recording capabilities telephone conversations no, basically file manager, as they say, “not for everyone”, the “home” button is virtual (disappears when watching a video in full screen). Shutdown process full screen video turns into a puzzle.
Original Charger is not capable of delivering a charge current greater than 0.5A. This is why the charging process is slow. However, a low charge current has a beneficial effect on battery life.
The selection of built-in ringtones is poor; I didn’t like any of the available ringtones.
But the shortcomings listed above did not in any way affect the rating I gave the model - a “pure” FIVE. The listed disadvantages are more likely features of the model than real shortcomings.

Bought 09.27.16. in one of the salons cellular communication, back then there wasn’t even any advertising for this smartphone. I liked the design and characteristics, it works not bad... but there is one big problem - IT'S CURVE. The display is really crooked, the protective glass does not fit on it; in the lower part, something like a bubble forms and from this place the speckle does not adhere to the display, it looks terrible (I re-glued the bubble 5 times all the time in the same place... I started to figure it out, it turns out not I have one, I searched on the Internet forums for a lot of such “lucky ones”... a real defect, but the official representatives of Huawei, to whom I contacted, call this a DISPLAY FEATURE, and say that only a protective film is provided for it... 0_0 how so Plus, after 3 months of use, the display began to flicker.... I didn’t understand the reason, I’ll give it to the service..... I don’t want to advertise any other brand of smartphones, but next time I’ll think a hundred times whether it’s worth contacting the Chinese with Huawei in particular...

Everyone who writes about the disadvantages of this smartphone simply doesn’t understand what they want to say? The phone actually holds a very good charge perfectly, the screen is fast and bright, there are enough cameras to fully understand that this is not a professional camera for 350,000 rubles!! For those who are looking for standard bodies, I advise you to take it, you won’t regret it, the price and quality are 5+. So I’m very pleased, I’ve been using it for 2 months now, no problems, I took a long time to choose, but in the end I was not mistaken!! I recommend!!

    Advantages:

Charge, screen, sound, microphone, case, fingerprint convenient, especially while driving!!

    Flaws:

    I didn't notice any cons!!

And such phones should only be bought from Rostest officials, otherwise there will be problems with the firmware, market, LTE 4G, and so on.

    Advantages:

    Cool in every sense.

    Flaws:

For a month I was choosing between Z11-19900, idol 419900, and Huawei P9 litie15300 at a discount from the officials. I chose Huawei P9 litie, all the pseudo reviews were paid for, so there were difficulties until I used them myself and could not solve them. Don’t think that the price attracted you at the time of review, they all cost the same, but then the highway dropped the price and the rest did not. Let's make a long story short, z11 and idol4 have the same jambs + - the same 20 minutes flared of clans and you can fry meat pies, it burns unpleasantly (the least that can be said) and most importantly, when the whole performance heats up, it completely disappears, the manufacturer himself says on a call to technical support, updates I don't know? I know firsthand that they released it and forgot about it. On average, as they say, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., the z11’s back cover, after a week of careful use, went through a war, the Idol4 metal is so soft that it gets scratched by light snags. Highway minus the back cover is graphite but very nice, the processor of its own design Kirin in this model is similar in speed to Snagdragon 617 but it doesn’t get hot at all no matter how hard you run it, the official info on the website will be updated to Android 7.0 at the beginning of 2017, I’ve been using it for 2 months and it won’t log. not a single scratch, updates over the air regularly, aleophobic glass is the best of the 3. Maybe this will help someone, say no to paid video bloggers

fast convenient probably if I had chosen an iPhone 6 or would have chosen it - seriously... well, at least I’ve only been using it for a week so far... ugh ugh ugh - so that everything would be the same, I’m happy, I was choosing between xperia and htc I don’t remember the exact models but in the same price segment - overall I’m happy with the choice, so far I recommend it

The price-quality ratio is excellent, I have tried iPhones, but this one is not inferior
The wide one is really not convenient to use with one hand
You won’t find anything better under 25,000

    Advantages:

    Battery, screen, performance, sound

    Flaws:

Very important! Does not play sound via USB to the receiver (car radio)
It doesn’t show up as ace either, but phones for 3 thousand please everything works

I will return it to the store.

    Advantages:

Cute, comfortable, lots of interesting things. 4 /5

At first impression the phone is not bad, but the Chinese ears still come out. For example, two devices purchased at different times have different screens. About the main camera they write that there is a Sony IMX 214 sensor, but they are tactfully silent about the fact that modules from Sunny, Foxconn and O-Film are found in different batches. Yes, the sensor is from Sony, but the optics are different. Therefore, the quality of photographs is different, depending on your luck. It turns out to be some kind of Chinese designer. Huawei is no longer shy about charging for the brand, but stable quality is not yet visible.

    Advantages:

High-quality screen, good sound both in the speakers and in the headphones, good connection, battery, fast fingerprint scanner, FM radio. I would also note low heating, one might say it hardly gets warm, which means the screen should not turn yellow spots. About the camera I won't say anything (see note)

    Flaws:

Before this, I had an LG g2 that didn’t glitch, didn’t freeze, and worked all day without recharging, which was the standard for me. In comparison, Huvay still shakes a little in places, but the photo, appearance, and especially the sound of the speaker are better. For your money 5+ - build quality The phone has a fairly large amount of memory, there is a function to clear the cache and unnecessary files. - fast 5 /5

Style: a combination of glass, plastic and metal, it looks pretty good, the phone fits well in the hand, the case does not play, does not creak, does not crack)))
Camera: 13MP takes good photos, the photos are of high quality, color rendition is excellent, those who say that the camera could have been installed better, then there are 2 options being considered, either the flagship P9 (there are 2 cameras of 12MP each), or a DSLR.
Display: I won't write a bunch of letters...

    Advantages:

Style, camera, display, lack of unnecessary applications (like on Samsung), performance, battery

    Flaws:

The plastic back wall is a little slippery, but I couldn’t find anything else as a disadvantage.

    Period of use:

    more than a year

great phone. I've been using it for more than a month, I'm happy with everything. There are certainly things to complain about, but these are minor things.
The battery, when fully charged and very actively used (Internet, music, games), lasts for a day, and sometimes for 2 days if not very much.
    the connection is getting...

    Advantages:

    all good

    Flaws:

By default, a lot of internal memory is occupied
